Excellent family experience - thank you

Very good experience and well organised and the team are very friendly. Only shame is that we got there early for the tickets and our seats were all the way at the back and couldn’t even see the judges from our seat.

Was great show and support from the AS team. Only improvement would be to be clear that priority ticket holders have a different queue, I joined the main queue and only found out after 30 minutes

The staff is kind to me

The overall experience at BGT was great. However, the staff distributing the tickets was not fair. I understand that priority audiences may receive special spot, but for the free audience members like me, the tickets should still be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, better spots were given to people the staff seemed to favor.

The audience atmosphere, interacting from all staff and how friendly and helpful the staff were.

The queue went quickly and coming back we were seated quickly with very little waiting around.

Very well organised and a great night. Only downside is that people up top never get chance to win any of the Tesco prizes as we are too far back to be seems maybe it could be done on seat numbers instead.
Apart from that no complaints

Very well organised and enjoyable evening. Staff at Applause all really friendly and happy to help. Glad to see a raised wheelchair platform altough albeit at the back of the theatre. My daughter has cerebral palsy and a severe visual impairment so did ask for a closer seat as I had letter from GP and her access card confirming this but was told there was nothing they could do and all the seats were taken. Bit dissapointing as the theatre didnt have any theatre binnoculars either! Just dont get why a few rows at the front side cant be used for people with these issues. But positives were no one could stand up during the semi finals acts so she could still see. Something that she cant do when weve attended the auditions. Just feel that in this day and age, people with dissabilities shouldnt just be shoved at the back of a theatre. Its not very fair.
We still managed to have a good night though.

Great fun evening. We arrived at 9.30am and the queue went really fast with tickets issued to us by 11.15am! The applause store staff have made the process so smooth and it was quicker than last years visit. The comms prior also made it very clear about what to bring and wear etc.

It was a long day though as we then didn't have to be back until 5:30pm. What made it disappointing was that our seats were really high up and we couldn't see the judges at all. We appreciate we have to be seated up there but the judges and Ant and Dec didnt once acknowledge or speak to the audience. Simon made us sing happy birthday but that was it. They could have taken 5 mins out of their time to say hi and thank us for making the effort to be there. One lady I spoke to had come all the way down from Scotland!
Nothing against applause store just its a mega long day so would have appreciated an acknowledgement! Warm up guy by contrast was fantastic.

The queuing system for the ticket exchange process makes it a very long day. We know from past experience you need to be in the general queue early to collect a physical ticket. We travelled up from the West Country by train and had an early start, we arrived at just after 9am, the queue was already quite long. Would be better if everyone who arrived by a certain time was guaranteed tickets. Currently only available through priority membership but comes at a cost but still have to apply for tickets in the same way but may not be successful.
Thankfully we got tickets for BGT but we were disappointed the seats were so high up in the circle. Tickets are given out at random so it is pot luck, someone has to sit at the back. We couldn’t see the judges, nor could we hear them at times. We had two empty seats next to us from a couple not turning up and these seats were left unoccupied even though there were people waiting outside for standby tickets.
Despite this we were grateful for the tickets and had a good time at BGT. Thank you

Oh honestly it was one of the best evening of my life. BGT Semi Finals 09/05/26 .The staff were lovely. The people in the queues were all getting to know eachother and in great spirits. The atmosphere was electric before during and after the show. Applause store has genuinely given me the best experiences of my life and I am so happy I'm a part of it ❤️

The queue system was great and well organised. It was a relief to have those tickets in our hand. My only small criticism was we were given tickets early in the day but ended up right at the back of the circle so coukdnt see the judges. Overall though it was a great atmosphere and we really enjoyed the show.

Great experience getting tickets to BGT live semi finals and a great show. The only issue was the unknown time of ticket release on the day, which meant that you had to just guess at a time to arrive to ensure you got tickets.

The separation of the two queues made joining the correct queue easy. The instructions given regarding when to return were easy to understand and the staff checking IDs and handing over the wristbands were polite and friendly. Once inside the venue it was a little disappointing to see people being allowed to have their photograph taken in the judges chair. When we approached with our Foster child we were told to wait until the end of the show as no more were being allowed. There continued to be a constant flow of people getting their photo taken and a family from the row in front of us walked down and after a long chat with the same security guard as dealt with us his family were allowed to have their photo taken. So we went back only to be told in a less than polite manner that he could not have his photo taken in a chair and that we should return at the end of the show. When the show was over all security were directing everyone out of the venue the was definitely no chance of a picture in the judges chairs. Whilst I appreciate that the tickets were given for free it did cost over £500 for travel and accommodation as we are from Hartlepool and could only guarantee arrival before 1pm by coming the night before and staying in the nearby Premier Inn. The attitude of the Security team member in the venue cast a large shadow over our overall experience and we had a very upset foster child who could not understand why he was not allowed his picture taken in one of the judges chairs. If you are not the correct people to raise this issue with could you advise as to whom we should raise this issue with because it has upset our foster child and reduced your score from five stars down to four.
