Perfectly managed the crowd on the day getting the ticket. Honest, carings words and no false hope are the key things which made me admire this Team 🙏🏽. I really hope those came with full of hope to see but couldn’t get the ticket will be given a chance in the following show 😊.. The show was excellent and really enjoyed maximum throughout.

Staff were friendly and caring, Do the judges ever do a meet and greet? Would be super to see them even for a moment when they are leaving - to wave to the crowds?

Show was incredible - been watching since way way back - used to take my nephews …
Loved it last night - we sat next to a couple and their daughter the vibe all evening was great.
The applause staff were all friendly and fabulous.
I’m hoping to be selected for tickets for the final once they are released I’ll apply 🤞

A great experience. The only down side is they send out far too many emails tickets which then too many people get turned away. We had to come back as reserve tickets later on in the day to hope we could get in. Which thankfully we did ..but still many got turned away.

My daughter and I had a great evening overall and enjoyed the live experience. The ticket exchange was surprisingly quick, 2 mins for me as a priority member!! I spoke to a non member later in the day who stated they had only queued for 1 3/4 hrs for theirs. Inwas a little disappointed to be almost at the back of the stalls despite being really early for ticket exchange - this appears to be down to the fact that most of the best seats closer to the front, behind the judges go to production guests every week so it would be nigh on impossible for a lowly member of the public to get a seat there! That aside I was pleased with how well the whole process was run by applause store and the venue is a lovely place with friendly staff.

Great show with amazing people

We had priority tickets and the process was very smooth, we had our security checks and received tickets quickly. The staff were polite and gave clear instructions.
We LOVED the show and seeing the amazing acts in person.

The staff were fantastic. The booking process was easy had a great day with the family and can't wait till next year

Loved the thrill of not knowing we were actually going to get tickets and got them. Unfortunately we were so high up we couldn’t see parts of the acts as we couldn’t see the judges or the acts performing near them.

Got our tickets straight away and when we came back went straight in. Staff outside were so nice and helpful

We arrived at the theatre at 11.45, great atmosphere in the queue. Regular updates from the upbeat staff. We were pleased to get the 2 tickets but unfortunately they were restricted views which was frustrating. However the show was great and atmosphere was electric. Thank you.

Got good seating area and my view to the stage was perfect
The acts were very entertaining.
It would be great to see the judges on big screen so that everyone in the audience gets a good view of them.

The overall experience was great 👍
We couldnt see properly from the upper level. Anything to improve i would say the bigger screen for upper back seats. Other than that it was fantastic. I have joined the Applausestore priority club and I am so far pleased with my first experience. Looking forward for more. Thank you Applausestore team xxx

The booking process was straightforward. Although an early start we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from early on, to meeting/chatting to people in the queue. The issuing of the wrist band/tickets was smooth and the staff were lovely. The show was absolutely brilliant and would do it all again

We had a great time at BGT semi finals. It was a smooth process getting tickets. We loved the show and the atmosphere was amazing the only downside was being unable to see the judges and the stage around them from where we were sitting near the back of the circle.
