We had an issue connecting to our office printer and from the moment I raised the ticket Ben Perkins from Apogee Corporation Ltd was in touch and communication was 10/10 from start to finish. Ben contacted me this morning via phonecall as pre - arranged and helped resolve the issue very smoothly, he also shared some helpful info with me that I can now share with my team in terms of accessing our online profiles where we can view our transaction history/ change pins etc.

Going above and beyond
I would like to commend Paul Newton (4043) for his exceptional service. Despite being booked for a different job at our site in YORK NR, Paul took the time to have a look at our other printer and explained the possible cause of the issue! He often gets booked in our site and we have become familiar with his service. His efficiency and willingness to assist are greatly appreciated, and we cannot thank him enough! Thank you, Paul, for your outstanding support! We will make sure not to repeat such a simple mistake again, Paul and we have logged a job for this other printer and we hope to see you again soon!

Perfect service in a short time
Hi. Our office put in a telephone request for assistance in the late morning and in a couple of hours the issue was solved to our full satisfaction by remote.

We have been customers of Apogee for many years now and have had several pieces of equipment through them. We cannot fault their service and professionalism. Any time we have had a query it has been resolved quickly and efficiently no matter how big or small the query was.
Last year we moved office space, and the Apogee staff managed the moving of our equipment effortlessly.
