Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Customer service is not existent. After just a month after buying a q27p2, a black vertical line appeared on my monitor, they asked me to send them back and they would have give me a new one. Once i send back to them, they told me that they would just repair mine. After one week since they took my monitor back they said they could not repair my monitor and they would have give me a new one. Now it is more than one month I am without monitor and I have no information. They don’t answer to my email and their phone service is not existent. NEVER buy aoc

I have been opening a lot of customer service cases lately and the service is horrible with all the respect but it is what it is. No one answers, and when you are lucky and get a response they only tell you to send a lot of information and then no one answers, is like a bot that tells you what to do and then nothing happens. The service is the worse.
Poor Customer Support
Contacted customer support through their ticketing system, they requested additional details, which I provided, and then promptly ceased communicating with me. No idea why they're incapable of maintaining an email inbox, but alas.
Absolutely awful website design
Absolutely awful website design, Provides absolutely no links to buy the product. Just tells you a bunch of useless marketing garbage to try to sell the product to you without even showing you how. What a dated, piece of crap, embarrassing garbage website design policy. AVOID

Products are not bad and they have lots of well-made budget products but their customer support platform is simply horrible. When you open a ticket, they update the case and sent you an email notification about it but you have no way to check what has been updated and there is no user area on their support web page where you can log in and check the status on your ticket and their answers. In the end, you really want to have a good customer support service and theirs is non-existent because of the non-accesible platform.
Absolute trash customer support
Absolute trash customer support. Monitor went bad after less than a year. Contacted support through email. Took them a week to respond and only after I had to retouch base with them. They asked for some info and photos of my monitor which I replied with same day. 3 days later they email me saying that "someone will contact me today". No one contacted me so I called their support number to see. The representative told me that someone would contact me via email that day. Again no one contacted me. I called back the following day and spoke to another rep who told me he would personally handle my case and someone would contact me again. I opened my case 1/7/21. I have not heard back from anyone yet. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Quite Possibly the worst customer service
Loved my monitor. Had it about a week and it was everything I wanted. Unfortunately cracked the screen and contacted aoc for their one time accidental replacement. It's been nearly a month, I've submitted the requested information multiple times, called and spoke with a representative twice and the most i've heard back from them was someone will reach out to you within 24-48 hours. That was about a week ago. Quite possibly the worst customer service and warranty claim process I've dealt with. Hopefully i'll get a replacement monitor from them sometime this year but will never buy anything from this company again.
Avoid for all costs
Got my 27 inch monitor - this was my first and last AOC product in my life. After 2 weeks i found out that monitor has dead pixels - i've flagged it up and got response from customer service they will arrange replacement and all i need to do is pack my monitor and wait for courier- this has happened 2 months ago - i had an replacement last Friday (2 months waiting) and guess what? They have sent used monitor with big blue green pixel in the middle of my screen - im not sure if it's a joke? That's worst ever company i have to deal with - but i'll be still waiting to get GOOD monitor with no faults whatsoever - have paid £300 to get GOOD monitor. Really guys don't buy anything from this company

Bought an AOC monitor on 10 April 2020 which lasted 4 months before breaking down. The Service centre in Holland were certainly helpful at organising for it to be collected for repair and chasing the UK repair company (Repair_Tech UK) 4 weeks later when they still hadn't collected it. I had to phone both companies 2 weeks later again to find out what was happening with it. Apparently it was being assessed tomorrow! I had to phone both companies again 10 weeks on as I had not received any word of what was happening with it still. AOC said they would look into it and I asked them to please just replace it. No word since nearly 2 weeks on again.
Utterly appalling service from both companies. I'm in a very fortunate position that I have been able to borrow another monitor in the meantime. I wouldn't have been able to work properly if I hadn't.
Awful aftersales service!!
I bought an AOC AGON 27" last year, on the 30th of March 2019. It worked well (a couple of stuck pixels but nothing too serious) until it developed a dark spot of dead pixels close to the upper edge of the screen. In a few moments the screen cracked internally! Boxed and sent it to the store i bought it from and they sent it to AOC. By the time it had arrived at the store the crack had reached the bottom of the screen. After a week AOC informed me that the two year warranty (Portuguese law) wouldn't apply because I had cracked the screen. After a quick search i found a couple of results from other people where the EXACT SAME THING happened to other AOC curved screens!!! It's really shameful that they are trying to get away with stealing 739€ from me! Neither AOC nor the store PCDIGA (don't ever buy there, terrible aftersales support) want to take responsibility for what happened.

After sale service is a nightmare here
Cannot tag the product is an inferior one ofcourse. But horrible part of it is their worst after sale services, highly irresponsiblle, incompetent and terrible customer care executives. This is the only company where authorised service centres dare to refuse call assignments from the company within their service area also. Here after sale services to their customers depends completely at the mercy of the technicians. Customers of their products will experience all evils which is possible only in an organisation with substandard management control. Consumer court is the rite place to deal with such people against their deliberate and extreme service deficiency.

Starkes Backlight Bleeding
Monitor wurde ausgetauscht. Der neue Monitor funktioniert (wobei so ein bißchen helle Ränder hat er auch. Aber ist gerade noch so akzeptabel).
bei der Retoure hatte ich Kosten von 12,62 Euro . Laut BGB §439 muss man mir diese Kosten erstatten "(2) Der Verkäufer hat die zum Zwecke der Nacherfüllung erforderlichen Aufwendungen, insbesondere Transport-, Wege-, Arbeits- und Materialkosten zu tragen."
Ich werde das Geld die nächsten Tage einfordern.
Ach ja: Ersatzgerät kam an und es fehlte ein DVI Kabel
Habe es reklamiert und bekam es zugesendet vom Online Shop
AOC Support selber antwortet auf Email und behauptet es sei kein DVI Kabel im Lieferumfang enthalten. Auf der Homepage steht groß und deutlich Lieferumfang "...DVI Kabel"
Gekauft habe ich über office-partner.de und warte immer noch auf die Erstattung der Rücksendekosten.
3.5 months between reporting a fault and receiving a refund
I bought 2 monitors in early July. I have now received my refund, in October.
One of my monitors had 9 dead pixels so I claimed it as faulty. Initially, I thought this would be an easy process as it only took one day for the monitor to be confirmed as DOA (Dead on Arrival) However after this, there were 4 pick-up attempts, a month between them receiving the faulty monitor and my refund (despite being told it would take less than 2 weeks) and the final refund was £2 short.
The whole process has been a complete mess.
They told me to not pack the accessories despite it being a refund unit. I thought this was dodgy so I sent them anyway (they probably would have reduced the refund amount if I did not).
After the third pick-up attempt, I had to work out myself why it wasn't working; they hadn't actually asked for any of my phone or address details, just what bank to send the money to. They had just kept rearranging rather than trying to work out the issue.
Overall I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The product is fine till it has a problem and as you can see by all the reviews here, you are going to have a tedious time.
Replacement monitor, waiting 3 months and counting
I'm waiting for a replacement display in warranty for 3 months, still counting.
I call/contact them once a week and they just tell me "there is no replacement available, we will let you know".
Update: the replacement was confirmed on 10 Sep, the request was sent on 22 June
Non-response, no respect for users
AVOID this company. I have tried everything to contact them and the response is NO RESPONSE. Even their website fails to work and I have to write to the wrong region, just to be able to send a support request. As to my AOC equipment, it isn't even listed on their websites so cannot be searched for, even though it is a modern television. I've spent 2 weeks trying to get help anywhere and they simply cannot be bothered to reply. I strongly advise people to avoid this company that has a service level of ZERO and no respect for their product's users.

Monitor broke after 7months after purchase, called AOC and they told me that from the picture I had sent them they had confirmed it was caused by physical damage! How can you tell that from a photograph?!?!?
Customer service didn’t have any information about a head office email or a complaints department. Clearly a shoddy company that can’t train their staff and take your money and blame you when the appliance breaks!!

My monitor stopped working in the end of the july.I complaint and requested for replacement cause it was still under warranty but they rarely picked up my calls and after 1week of complaining they told me it will take 15 days to process the issue but then they took more than 15 days and when I called them they told me that I have to pick up the order from the shop even though they didn't even told me before that I will not get a home service but at first I was little bit un ok with their service but I couldn't wait more cause they already took more than 20 days but when I bought home the replaced monitor I saw that it was faulty..The cable slot of the monitor was loose and none of the cables were fitting properly and then the most worst thing happen,The monitor wasn't showing any display and I also tried with different cable but none of them worked.....Well I made a mistake by buying this moron AOC monitor.. Tomorrow I am going to file a case in consumer court.
Edited-They still haven't fixed the replaced monitor..I have bought a new DELL monitor....Now I am about to throw away that AOC monitor... totally wasted my 1month... WORST COMPANY
Monitor broke, Customer Service incompetent
I was happy with the monitor until it broke at six months old. Called 'Customer Service' and they told me the monitor would be swapped in 2 days. It is now three weeks and they have no idea of the status of the case that was raised. They have no process to escalate a call and no complaints procedure. Is this how an International company treats its customers?
