I needed to cancel my subscription. It was initially difficult to discover on the website how to do that (you have to find your way to My Benefits). Once you find the answer you have to prompt verification codes to be sent to your e-address. It turned out that these were going into my spam folder but I did not realise that. So I asked AnyRecover’s customer support for help in doing it for me. Iris was brilliant. She got back to me within a matter of minutes having executed the cancellation for me and tipping me off that the issue had been verification codes landing in my spam folder. Thank goodness!

I would use extreme caution when subscribing to anything from this website. Obviously they have their hook, $7 and then to get any kind of service the amount then goes to over $50 a month. I found the service not particularly user friendly. Trying to cancel the subscription is very protracted and not easy. After finally cancelling 10 days before renewal I was surprised to discover I had still been charged - after complaining I was offered 50% refund - I then discovered I had been charged a second monthly amount that i had not been aware of and hadn’t cancelled because i didn’t know it existed. When i contacted the company no refund was offered despite the amount coming to $217. I have submitted a complaint to PayPal. I am sure some people have had a positive experience I am afraid have not.
So yes after submitting a complaint to Pay Pal a full refund for the two both subscriptions for November was given instead of the 50% you offered. So my real concern was how a second subscription for another service I did not know about had been set up so in addition to the first subscription which totalled $67 a month a second subscription for a service i had no idea about was also charged to me for $54 a month and i only really realised that they were two separate charges when i investigated why the initial fee was charged despite cancellation. i work in a extremely remote location and some of the responsibility for not noticing sooner falls to me. Doesn’t change the fact, i was being double charged. Yes this months was refunded still leaves 4 months of $54 i was charged. In conclusion you can clearly see that the rogue subscription was never used logged into and was clearly a mistake on someone’s part. My last point is that you say i did not cancel the recurring payment in time, i cancelled the subscription on your site on 24th October as the renewal date was 4th November. What you do not make clear is how much time you require to process a cancellation - i would have thought two weeks was plenty. I did not see anywhere stating you also have to log into Pay Pal and cancel subscription there too. And note cancellation is not easy, are several pop ups of are you sure you want to cancel and then having to submit a code to confirm you want a cancel, one would reasonably assume ‘cancellation’ was achieved. Thank you for your response, that still does not acknowledge any mistake on your part, and full refund was only achieved after filing a complaint with Pay Pal who found in favor of me.Its all just exhausting from the initial A.I. automated response, to having to follow up and then go through the whole process again with Pay Pal. Call me cynical but the whole process is designed to make things complicated convoluted and wear people down.

I was panicking after deleting all the photos from my SD camera card - I take roughly 200 photos a day as an inventory clerk - luckily my client arranged for me to go back to the property today so I didnt need Jessie's help after but would 100% recommend Anyrecover

The reason I leave my 5-star reviews here, is I just have a best customer services experience in my life.
The story begins with few days ago, I accidentally deleted all my file, and I was looking for certain software to get these file back, after I done my research, I have noted Any Recover software enable to meet my requirement very wells. However, during the purchase process, I was accidentally purchase the wrong services.
Therefore, I went to the refund customer services pages, a Technical Support Specialist from Any Recover, who named Jessies approached me adn replies all my message very fast and well. The reason I would said this is the best customer services are due to first time she replies me, she got provided me solutions to overcome my situation. After trying this solutions doesn't against my situation and I plan to go through the refund process, at the begining, it didn't went well, since I doesn't understand too much on the refund policy.
However, Jessies patientally guide me and explain to me about the refund policy. Furthermore, after her explanation, I was able to get the refund within 2 hour. Might I know is other company able to do this, I would leave a question mark and questions here for everyone.
So how could you said this is not the best customer services, the patient in this Technical Support Specialist, Jessie are incrediable. On a certain points, she should be the role of the best customer services in Anyrecover company.
