Got answer that very day I’ve reached out to support service. I was offered two options and I could choose either one. Got my refund in two days, no issues. Thanks to support team, it’s cool to know you can rely on brand.

I purchased the new ABH brow freeze and it holds all your stubborn hairs in place. It’s a must buy. Gives you the laminated brow look.
I also purchased a dip brow pomade and was not delivered because it was not added to my package by mistake. I sent an email to ABH customer service and they responded quickly and with no hesitation sent me the product. Well the product was lost by the carrier at their warehouse. I was told by the carrier to file a claim so their would be an investigation. I sent an email to ABH and without any hesitation I was offered my money back or to send out another product. ABH didn’t make me feel like I had to wait for a decision of what happened to my package. They resolved the issue right away and let me say this has happened to be before with other retail stores.
It is hard to find a company that prides themselves on customer service and I have to say ABH has one of the best customer service. They truly care about the customer. This is what keeps me a loyal customer.

I received my order and unfortunately one of the shadows in one of my pallets had broken. I wrote and asked what I needed to do to exchange the item. Let me tell you-they were so kind and gave the best customer service! They will be sending me a new pallet to replace this one (which I’m so happy about). This is my first online purchase with Anastasia and I will now be a lifelong loyal customer!

Among other items i ordered i received a crashed eyeshadow palette and as soon as i saw it i thought “Oh my god, not this again” - because i really don’t like return and refund process, because it usually takes so much time and energy. But not this time! I’ve sent the picture of the damaged item and the customer service team was so quick to responce and so helpful! I got the refund the next day and they told me i don’t have to return the damaged item. Many other companies could really learn from them! Definitely going to order more from them.

Commande récente passée sur deux palettes qui me tentaient et étaient soldées.
La commande passée mardi soir a été livrée vendredi dans la journée, de Memphis Tennessee à la France en 48h ! Impressionnant.
Hélas, une palette était endommagée avec un fard cassé. Après avoir contacté le service client avec photos à l'appui, j'ai reçu une réponse dans les 2 heures pour me prévenir qu'ils m'en envoyaient une autre en express comme la première commande. Je suis bluffée, le service client est incroyable !
Quant à la qualité des produits, j'aime me maquiller et je trouve que leurs palettes pour les yeux sont les meilleures du marché, chères mais top.
Bref, que du positif, je recommande à 100% les achats sur le site ABH.com

I contacted customer service regarding a recent purchase in which I was charged multiple time for a single purchase. I expected to receive a response within a few days but was surprised when I received one in a matter of minutes. We were able to get me issue resolved. Best customer service experience ever.

I couldn’t find my order number anywhere so I wrote to ABH customer support expecting to get a reply within a couple of days but they replied within less than 5 minutes. They provided me all the information that I needed in such a quick time that I was honestly amazed. Best service I’ve received from any online purchase.

I placed my order GE889418609US 12/19/20. There was only one order delivery status update on 20/12. I wrote to the support service that the package was not delivered on 01/19/21 and did not receive any response except for an automatic mail. The repeated message 01/29 was also ignored. It has been more than 40 days, but I have not received an order and the support service ignores my requests for 2 weeks! I hope for a response from the support team now to resolve this problem.

I ordered from the US website for the very first time on a Monday evening. By Friday morning I had received all my purchases.
I was very nervous ordering from a US website; extra duties, potential delay in delivery etc. However, it could not have been a better experience. The international handlers were excellent. I was given the option of paying the extra duties when I ordered, which I did. As a result there were no delays at European customs. I was also very surprised, but delighted, how quickly the package arrived in Europe after it was dispatched.
So all in all, I am a very happy new customer and I definitely intend to buy more products from this website

My order was international (Serbia) and got here really quickly, but was damaged in shipping. ABH team handled the matter quickly and professionally, I received new, undamaged items in a short period of time, and also got to keep the damaged ones. Issues can always arise with shipping, especially internationally, but how it's handled makes all the difference. Definitely recommend.

I bought a bottle of foundation to try for my first time. After using the product I quickly come to the conclusion that I loved it. Then I noticed that the pump on the bottle was leaking and the top was sticking, creating a mess. I emailed ABH just asking if they could send me another empty bottle or just a pump. This isn't cheap, so I didn't want to waste it. Well to my surprise ABH was very quick to respond. I explained the situation, sent a few pictures, and of course proof of purchase. After I sent the info (the same day) they responded, exceeded my expectation, replace the product, and overall did an amazing job, especially for being a big name company. To my rep. if you can see this, keep up the great work, and thank you again so much! This defiantly made me love this company that much more!

I made an order and when I received it, I realized there was a mistake. They sent two of one palette instead of one of each. So I wrote them to customer service and after a few days they told me they were sorry about this and they will send me the correct palette without needing to send them the wrong palette. I am very happy and thankful for their service 🥰

Replacement! I placed an order from Mexico and one of my palettes came damaged, one shade ( C5 one of my favorites) came destroyed! I contacted customer service and it was so fast and efficient that in 6 days I had the new palette on my hands.I'm so happy with the service that I will obviously buy from the site again, love ya'll.

I place an order around Black Friday - cyber Monday and they only sent me 3 out of 9 items. I contacted customer service because there was no response from my email sent. They lady told me that they will send out a replacement order and I’d received an email 1-2 days. It’s almost a week later now still nothing. I’m going to contact my bank at this point because this makes no sense.

I recieved my order from Abh on 07.december . They were damaged in bad condition! Now i want to return them back and can’t understand why should i pay returning post cost , i have pay for them also taxes to come in my country, and now a have a damaged makeup , a lot of taxes and to return should i pay extra money !!! So uncomfortable

The worst costumers service ever in my life!!! I try send email , send massage on Instagram, post comment, open case on PayPal, I pay 10f for express delivery, and parcel not arrived, I ask you for proof of delivery becouse tracking system is show that my parcel “ pick up some man” how is possible if I living myself??? And where is photo??? I payed 10f??? Chipper courier making photo Hermes, Amazon and I pay just 3f for delivery!!!!where is my order ????!

I’ve never ordered from the ABH website before as I live in Australia, but there were some Black Friday sales too good to pass up! Upon arrival however, one of my palettes came with a broken shade (I half expected this due to the distance the palette had to travel). I contacted ABH customer service who were so so helpful, and so prompt in their reply. A new palette in currently en-route, and I am very satisfied with the customer service I received. I will definitely be ordering from the ABH website in the future, as I have great reassurance that customer service will help me should anything go wrong :)
