I have purchased a lot from Anastasia and the quality is excellent.
I recently placed an order where a few of the eyeshadows arrived damaged. I emailed them with photos of the damaged products and they sent replacements in the post straight away.
Excellent customer service and excellent products.

Great products, great customer service! One of the palettes I ordered arrived damaged, I sent them a message with photos through their website contact form and within a day they'd ordered a replacement!

Ordered a palette for Christmas with expedited shipping, but it was unfortunately damaged in transit. Emailed customer service with pictures and within 2 hours the sent me a replacement palette with expedited shipping. Incredible experience and grateful for the fast response

I ordered some lipsticks with delivery to Mexico, I just got 4 of 10 unfortunately. But I wrote with the customer service and the did a great job sending me again what were missed. AB has a great service!

I ordered the Primrose palette which sadly had a couple shadows broken, even though it was packaged in bubble wrap. They quickly responded with an apology and are sending a new palette with no need to return the damaged. Love love love ABH 💕 it’s why I collect all the palettes. Thank you so much xx

One of the eyeshadows I received didn't look like the image on the website. I let them know as I was a bit disappointed in the colour that arrived and they refunded me immediately and told me to keep the eyeshadow. Amazing customer service! Couldn't fault it, would definitely shop again

I ordered quite a few items from Anastasia Beverly Hills. Everything was packaged neatly with bubble wrap. Everything was perfect, except two eyeshadows in the Primrose Palette were damaged.

I reached out to customer service who responded quickly and professionally. They were very accommodating and provided me with some options on how to remedy the problem. I'm very impressed with their customer service and the overall quality of the products I received.

I ordered two seperate packages, one of which had wrong items. The moment I received, sent them an email and within 24hrs they replied and to my surprise they not only placed correct but were sweet enough to ask me to keep the wrong products too. The best experience so far, love u guys ❤️❤️
