I have always been satisfied with their prompt service, lower prices, quality name brands, etc. Someone is always available via telephone to answer all my questions and I have found them very helpful. We are both seniors, have a limited budget and enjoying our small salt water pool is one of the very few luxuries we have. So to be able to maintain our pool for lower prices is a treasure indeed. I ordered a solar cover on may 29th and as of today June 7th I STILL haven't received it.

These guys are the best! There was no waiting in "cue" for some one to address my questions - they went the extra mile to make sure I was informed and taken care of promptly...and the prices were awesome! I will def use AmeriMerc again.

I ordered an item on May 30th, as of today June 6th, my order still shows under processing. I have yet to receive my item and have no idea if its in transit or still not shipped. Under processing would indicate that it has not shipped, however, the order status for last years order still indicates under processing and obviously I have received it.

Update: Just rec'd tracking info from email I sent requesting information. Would have been more helpful if the website was updated correctly.

I was very happy with using AmeriMerc for my pool heater. Their site was easy to work with and their prices were very competitive. I also had the occasion to use their phone support just to be sure with the shipping dates and they were very helpful.
They had good coordination with their shipping firm (RL Carriers) and delivery was timely and professional.

You have one great guy named Paul who took my order for a Hayward pool filter on a Friday and to my amazement it arrived on Monday. I have everything up and running and couldn't be happier...........you guys are super.....especially Paul.

I shopped severeal sites for my pool filter. This site had best price. I purchased the filter and it also had free shipping and no "handling charge". Service was quick as I received the filter in aobut 3 - 4 days. Only issue is I could not track shipment off their website (link did not work) and only communication I received was my original receipt with no shipment notification. In any case it did arrive in timely manner

I received our solar cover and hangers for the solar cover extremely quickly and the cost for the items was much less than I saw at other sites. Very happy with purchase and service.

We received our filter unit two days after we ordered it. We have it installed and it is working perfectly. I would recommend this company to everyone.
