We believe there is a misunderstanding! Your order is actually on schedule to leave the warehouse on April 16th, with delivery expected about two weeks after that (by late April). The shipping timeline matches the automated order confirmation as well as the availability listed on the Cart and Product page.

Our records show the claim for the nightstand was submitted on March 18, following the delivery on March 9. While we strive for flexibility, we must adhere to our vendor’s established filing deadlines and claims policies. Additionally, the specific issues reported fall outside the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty plan.
Regarding the mirror, we have not yet received a formal claim concerning the color. If you would like us to review this further, please share photos and additional details with our team so we can determine how best to assist you.
