We ordered a winter pool cover. It arrived in less than a week. It was less expensive than ones we've ordered from other companies in the past but feels heavier and of a higher quality. My only issue was that the online tracking did not work so I could see if it had shipped and when it would arrive. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I had just purchased 2 mesh tarps'(unfortunately made in China). The service from your co. Was very good, but I am very disappointed at the quality of these 2 tarps I purchased. They came with a limited 8 year warranty, but to be honest one good heavy snow and these tarps won't even get through 1 year. The description of the product did not meet my expectations. I am quite disappointed. Sorry, just telling it like it is!

I did receive good service however the product didn't come through with the warranty as advertised. The warranty stated 12 years; the advertised warranty is 15 years. I called on 8/26 and received an email reply from Hisham Abu-Salman with a sales order #215069 requesting the he send a 15 year warranty. As of the current date, 9/9/13, I have not received the correct warranty.

I got what I wanted. But I think they should of let me known that they had to back order an item. Instead I had to get in touch with them. That is the only thing I found wrong with any of this order from the.

I had a couple of questions before ordering. they were answered curteously and informatively. Product came in a timely fashion. But some of the product was very inferior. I called the company and they said they would replace them with no questions asked. I have not received them yet, but I believe what they say. all in all it was a very positive transaction and I would buy from them again.

The pool test strips I ordered were dated to expire on Sept. 1, 2013, I received them on Aug. 31!

Reasonable prices fast service, I would use them again.

Review the home page and it directed me to the pool cover I needed. The only negative experience was after I accepted the cost and sent to checkout I never received an e-mail acknowledgment that the sale went through. I actually ordered twice and had to cancel when I contacted customer service.

I ordered a diving board from AmeriMerc. The experience was pleasant and professional. The product was exactly as expected and delivered a few days later. It is now installed and the grand kids are having a great time swimming.

Our pool season was always cut short due to the position in our yard that doesn't get much sunlight. But now we are still using our pool because we attached a solar heater to it and the heater gets almost full sun for 6 hours. tc

My filter came prompt and well packaged, Oh yes ,reasonable priced as well. It is functioning very well as I write.

I ordered a winter cover which I do every year. It was delivered very quickly and although I haven't used it yet I am sure I will be completely satisfied. We buy a new cover every year not because the old one couldn't be used again but because that way we don't have to store and clean a used one. We live in the northeast and our covers go thru some extreme conditions and haven't had one fail us yet. We buy the least expensive and are completely satisfied with the performance. I also purchase my water bags here and have no doubt that we will be a customer for a long time.

I ordered the strips in August and received them quickly, however the bottle says they expire at first of October. I will only use one a week until then (about 7) so the remainder (about 40) will go unused. I thought the price was such a great deal -- far cheaper than what I could get at my nearby Leslie's, but at least their's are in date! I will try to return these to Amerimerk and see if they will send me a fresher bottle. Otherwise, I'll ask for my money back.
