Gave gift of beer club to my son for Christmas the last few years. Had a problem with shipment crossover, and bottle breakage. Ben was very polite and promptly rectified the situation.
By far, the best customer service.

Amber is great. I had to speak with her last month and today. Both times she is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable!

Diego was great. He handled my issue promptly and professionally and offered creative solutions as well. I'm 100% satisfied with the service Diego provided.

I ordered a 3-month subscription to beer of the month club for my son. The delivery was expected at the end of the month (December) which I understood due to the holidays it may be delayed. On 01/07/2026 the delivery had still not been made, I called and spoke with Diego, he explained no shipments went out on 01/01/2026 or 01/02/2026 but it was shipped on 01/05/2026 and was going to be delivered today. He was very polite and gave me complete information to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Well done Diego!!

I called to discuss a gift membership that I received
at Christmas. I was lucky to get Amber. She was pleasant, patient and professional. I explained that I might want to change what was to come each quarter during the year. She let me know that changes can be made. And I will be getting back to her after I speak with my gift giver very soon. Thank you, Amber *****

Kendra was awesome and was able to assist me quickly and painlessly. The experience was excellent. Kendra's assistance with this matter was as smooth as a goldfish moving subtlety under the water!

I was gifted a club of the month and I just called to see if I could change to a different club. Diego picked up my call at customer service and was not only incredibly polite and helpful, but also efficient. He was able to make the change for me quickly, and he explained all of my options and changes easily. He was great, and it made my experience with Amazing Clubs even more amazing!

Received some gift cards from a relative so ordered a the jerky and cookies club. The amount of jerky was 9 oz and the number of cookies we received was 16 normal sized cookies. So this comes out to $3 a cookie which I guess is ok if this is some top notch premium cookie. The cookies are about the taste of a tollhouse cookie but in individual packaging. Jerky was fine and cookies are fine - everything is fine and they did arrive in fine packaging and the communication was fine with the company. I am not giving it a one star because It is technically not a scam because they did send me the items but I have a hard time believing all the 5 star reviews because I am thinking I am being extremely generous in giving them 3 stars.

I ordered the 12-month dessert for my wife. Her birthday is the end of November. First delivery in December. The week it was to be delivered, I got a message that because of the holidays, they would ship late. It is January 6, and the UPS site says that they still don't have the item (label created). If there are holidays, you ship early, not two weeks late. My first experience has not been a good one.

As I told Kendra, (goldfish) in an email to her,
"In a day and age where customer service is really sucking, you are doing a fantastic job! I appreciate your quick responses to my emails and the information that you provide in those responses.
It is people like you who will keep me purchasing your product/service"

I received coffee of the month as a gift. I received my first shipment today and was a bit disappointed that the coffee was ground- and for a machine I do not have.

I called customer service. A real human answered! Ben was really nice and was able to switch my future shipments to whole bean highly recommend!

No wait in calling for assistance. Diego took care of my request and understood my reason to cancel. I would use this service again! Amazing food, wine, and overall company policies!

We used Amazing Clubs for our employees Christmas presents this year and we are very pleased with the variety. Today we had a little mishap and one gift arrived inedible due to mold. My guess is that the package was compromised and it has been unseasonably warm. I spoke to Ben at customer service who was very nice and they are sending out a full replacement gift to my employee. It made everyone happy and I am so grateful that I didn't have to send it back or touch it at all! LOL Thank you, Ben!!!!

I've been ordering Amazing Club Fruit of the Month for several years as Christmas gifts. This year I had entered a recipient's address incorrectly. Diego called and left a polite message. I called back the next day, and the call went right through. Diego corrected the address and provided top notch customer service.
