Amazing Clubs Anmeldelser

I renewed my daughter in laws pickle club orders. I have been buying this for her for a while. She loves all the different pickles .Amber made this purchase very easy. Thank you so much.

Ben helped me obtain the July 4th sale price. And as I renewed a gift subscription to a couple, he gave me their address that I had previously lost.

I enjoyed the 12-month wine subscription and the variety of red and white wines from around the world. The wine selection was excellent and made the subscription worthwhile.

Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. One bottle had a dried-out cork that crumbled into the wine, and the wine itself was spoiled and undrinkable. When I contacted the company, they only offered a 50% discount on an extra month of my subscription instead of replacing the defective bottle.

Their policy requires problems to be reported by the 15th of the month after shipment, which makes no sense for a wine subscription since many people age or save bottles before opening them. I still have bottles from my first shipments almost a year later. A defective bottle should be replaced regardless of when it’s opened.

Great wine selection, but poor customer service means I wouldn’t purchase another subscription

Best gifts to give (monthly) for the manchild who has everything!!!

Amber (customer service) was very helpful, friendly and funny!

Diego was extremely polite and helpful. He answered my questions and did what I asked.

Amazing Amber !!! I have used the Club 6-7 times in the past for gifts. Currently have 3 going on. While it's great that my friends and family enjoy, it is especially comforting that I can call the Club and talk through adjustments.....and get a real person! A wonderful person...Amber!

Great customer service! I call spoke with Ben. I had ordered the wrong wine for a friend and it was so easy to switch to the correct option. Ben was kind and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Needed to pause for one month, it was accomplished in a couple of minutes.

Ben was able to resolve my issue in a timely and professional manner. I have purchased Amazing Clubs for years. Always delicious, fresh and AMAZING!

Excellent personal customer service by Diego. Minimal artificial voice at the beginning of the call which is great.

Amber did a great job with answering my questions and updating my payment information. She was very polite and friendly! We are very happy with the customer service and the products we have received so far!

Diego was very helpful in adjusting my account because I had mistakenly clicked on the same order twice. Thank you!!

amber was sensitive to my situation and made the solution painless and bump-free! cheers

Ben was very helpful in extending our wine club subscription and using the coupon I had for savings. Super efficient and kind.
My husband loves getting his every other month shipment of wines so I made it every month for Father’s Day and I know he will be thrilled.

My representative, Amber, what friendly & efficient. Exactly what you want from a service representative.

Ben was great at fixing a problem that honestly could be argued that it wasn’t even their fault. He took care of it anyway. Great customer service. Great product.

I have been receiving beer and wine gifts for several years from Amazing Clubs. All of my shipments have arrived on time and in good shape, but for the first time, one of the packages had obviously been dropped, causing a leak from one of the bottles.
I made a telephone call to your company and promptly received a positive response from an excellent clerk who informed me that I would be compensated with another shipment next month. I am grateful!

Amber solved the issue very well and was pleasant to talk to. That’s what customer service should be !!! Thanks

We look forward to getting our olive oil every month. It is always the highest quality and a brand we haven’t seen before. Recently had to change our mailing address and had a seamless experience with Hunter over the phone. Highly recommend!

Amber was kind and helped me with a discount that I couldn’t find on my phone anymore. I’ve been using your company for a long time I said cookies to my aunt my and beer to my uncle in Florida for their birthdays. She was very kind and very helpful. Thank you.
