Bought a beautiful shirt, amazing quality but slightly too big. Alsofit have offered to send a replacement for just shipping costs. Excellent customer service, responded within 24 hours. Will use again.

Not happy.

Delivery was way longer than expected, ordered a 3xl im a big lad. But compared to many other 3xls from numerous other clothing places this was like a tent, no fit or shape to the shirt either and the materials looks very shabby and cheap compared to the photos. Think I’ll be returning it tbh. Shame.

I ordered a shirt which was too big I mailed Alsofitit and they offered to send a replacement straight away you can’t ask more than that, excellent customer care. Will use them again with confidence.

Great company. I accidentally ordered the wrong shirt size, which was my own mistake. I contacted alsofitit and they replied within just a few hours. After only one or two messages, we were able to come to a great solution. I’m really glad I spent my money there and not somewhere else.

I ordered a shirt a size to big. When I asked how I could return the shirt they offered me a deal. I could keep te shirt that was way to big and they would sent me a smaller one for only the shipping cost. I think that is the best service!

Fantastic quality shirt for the price. Very stylish too. The shirt was too big for me but customer service was brilliant and sorted me very quickly with a replacement. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I ordered 4 shirts and they were delivered soon after my order was placed. However what I also did was to order XL sizing which were way to big, I’d not taken into consideration the relaxed cut - no doubt for relaxing days on the boardwalk. Also I was due to travel (reason for purchase)to the Caribbean 10 days after my order was placed. With no hesitation, Sophie from customer services offered just to send out the same order in the correct size. Absolutely first class service, and my cost - just the postage. Not Ofer you experience service beyond the call! Thanks Sophie and Alsofitit. Just marveous!

I ordered 2 shirts in a large but they came up pretty big. Great shirts in design and material so definitely wanted them in the next size down so contacted the company Customer Service fantastic in arranging new shirts to be sent out with no issue. Safe company to use.

The shirt is great and comfy, but the measurements were slightly off. I went for an XL, my standard size, but it came up big.
Messaged Alsofit and they came straight back offering an exchange, fantastic customer service.
