Alpha Contracts Leasing Limited Anmeldelser

Great customer service from start to finish, first time leasing a vehicle on line but has been very simple and straightforward process. Alex has been brilliant keeping me updated and answering any questions. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Just took delivery of my new Tesla and I couldn’t be happier. Justine was absolutely incredible from my very first call to emailing me this morning to make sure I’m happy with everything. It’s my second time using Alpha and both experiences have been effortless. I cannot recommend her/them highly enough.

Fantastic company to deal with. Alex and Lynette went over and above and couldn't do enough to help me. Best deal too which was a bonus. I would not hesitate in recommended this company, professional, friendly and an excellent service.

Alex was extremely helpful, great communication throughout the process, would highly recommend.

Audi Etron
I have to say Alpha Contracts Leasing are the best firm I have found for leasing. I went all over trying to get an electric car. Lots of promises, none of them delivered. However - Alpha Contracts did exactly what they said they would do. I had an Audi Etron delivered in around 10 days. Amazing. Alex was great too. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Alpha Contracts before, and when they beat the price I had for a new car it was an easy decision to use them again.

Alex is excellent - always quick to respond on any question, and always provides useful updates.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex and Alpha Contracts.

Alex was helpful and responsive throughout, and was kind to me when I wanted to review every single option to see what was best. Contracting was online and all very efficient, although lots to fill in. The vehicle is brand new and exactly as expected. Delivery was on-time and the delivery partner was really friendly - showing me around the vehicle and giving me tips and tricks. A great experience.

This was my first time leasing a car and Alex was helpful and supportive at every step.
She responded to enquiries immediately and provided clear and understandable information.

This is the first time I have used the company and I have to say I'm extremely impressed with the customer services and customer care. Would highly recommend them.

Recently experienced amazing customer service from Justine, whilst helping me to lease an Audi Q4 e-tron

From start to finish, I was updated at every step of the process, which was really helpful (especially with how hard it is at the moment to actually get a new car)

Very responsive to any questions and always happy to help!

Thanks Justine 😁

My husband and I were recently let down by another lease company so were back to the drawing board. My brother recommended Alpha Contracts after having having a great experience when leasing his work van. From the first phone call enquiry I made to the final delivery of the vehicle and the extremely prompt replies to emails in between, Alex at Alpha Contracts has been a delight to work with. Extremely helpful and professional, she made our first experience of leasing a breeze. We were always kept in the loop and informed and updated throughout, the delivery of the vehicle was exactly when we were told it would be. We are delighted with our new car and would 100% recommend Alpha contracts to anyone looking to lease.

The service offered by Alex at Alpha Contracts Ltd was first class. She was extremely quick at responding to our queries and the information she was able to provide regarding our new vehicle and its pricing etc was excellent. Alex secured us an amazing offer on a Peugeot 3008 which we have just taken delivery of. I would not hesitate in recommending Alex and her company.

Alpha have been great from first enquiry to delivery of vehicle. We dealt with Alex who could not have been more helpful and quick to respond to my many many questions.

Very happy.

This was my first experience of getting a new car on personal lease so wasn't really sure what to expect. After much research of the crowded market, having decided upon Alpha Contracts for my vehicle of choice the whole experience dealing with Alex from start to finish was absolutely seamless & first class. Extremely helpful with prompt answers to all my questions throughout the process & totally professional. Another real added bonus was that unlike many of their competitors they do not charge any arrangement fees! Car duly arrived on the due day with good communication & excellent handover. Over the moon with the car & would certainly highly recommend Alpha Contracts to anyone in my situation.

I reached out to Alpha Leasing through a quotation website, and from the first communication back they have been superb to work with! Alex has always been quick to respond, open to helping, and lived up to her promises on when to expect the vehicle. I couldn't be happier and the service was brilliant!

Alex Bates at Alpha Contracts is very knowledgeable and helpful both at the quotation stage and throughout the lease term. This is my second car through Alpha now and I have recommended them to a number of people who have since used Alpha. Excellent service.

I have used Alex at Alpha Contracts to source my last 2 vehicles and on both occasions the service was first class and completely hassle free. Great communication and an efficient and effective service, even given the current stock shortages, especially as I had been messed around by other car leasing before going to Alpha. Highly recommended.

This is the first personal lease car contract I have taken out and Alex made the process so simple and answered any questions promptly and with great knowledge.
Hope to deal with you again for the next car and thank you for your assistance.

I was really impressed with the quality of service from Alpha Contracts. Alex B was really helpful and attentive and kept me updated. The pricing was very competitive for our Renault Zoe lease and would definitely use again.

Couldn't recommend this company enough..

From the very beginning, Alex has been very helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. If you're looking for a leasing company that are not pushy, happy to do anything for you, and give you honest information, this is the company to go with.

As a first timer leasing a vehicle, the process was handled very smoothly and clearly explained. Alex gave me so many different options and quotes and didn't push for the sale at any stage. Even with a slight delay in delivery of the vehicle (out of their control), she kept me updated regularly.

I will certainly be using Alpha Contracts Leasing again!!
