Love the vehicle! The delivery was easy and the delivery person was friendly, answering all of my questions.

Pivotal fleeced me hundreds of pounds for minor wear and tear on return. The also charged me for lack of fuel when it was returned with the correct level.

Be warned - you get stung for BIG charges when you return the vehicle.

Pivotal have reached out to dismiss my concerns - despite admitting they got some of the charges wrong.

I think I’ve been with Pivotal for about four years, maybe longer pretty much since they opened. My whole journey has been a breeze. I think it’s very reasonably priced. The team are all lovely from start to finish most recently. I have been talking with Chloe in the renewal department and she has helped and supported me through what must be my fifth or six car.
