Alpha Contracts Leasing Limited Anmeldelser

What a fantastic experience from start to finish with Alpha Contracts for my first ever car lease - a huge shout out to Alex Bates who was just amazing, I feel like she goes above and beyond and deals with everything with integrity, I can’t recommend enough. My lease is finishing now and I’m moving on to a PCP which is the only reason I’m not using Alpha Contracts again. Thanks Alex and team, and all the best!

Alexandra Bates has been FANTASTIC.
Kept me up to date, checked in with me regularly and dealt with any queries/questions I had swiftly.

If all the staff at Alpha are as "one the ball" as Alex would definitely recommend.

This is the second occasion I have used Alpha Contract Leasing and they have been excellent on both occasions. Alex and her colleagues have provided wonderful service at all stages, and have been very responsive to my needs and dealing with my idiosyncrasies.

James at Alpha has been amazing! I have never leased a car before so the whole experience was completely new. I called a few different places and no one was as helpful or as knowledgeable as James at Alpha. Plus from the moment I decided to go ahead, I literally had the car within 7 days! I won’t be going anywhere but Alpha for my future leases. Thank you so much to the Alpha team, who I must add are always extremely responsive and on hand to help.

We decided to lease a car for the first time, and what can I say we spoke to Alexandra and she was fantastic... She made everything so easy for us, I would highly recommend alphaleasing and Alexandra..

They definitely have customer for life

Had a great experience with Alpha Contracts car leasing.

Great experience. James was very helpful. Car arrived this week and everything went smoothly.

Received the new car this morning. Alex at Alpha Contracts was really helpful answering my questions, organising contracts and keeping me informed of progress. Alpha offered me a great and competitive pricing for the car I wanted. I am very much looking forward to the next three years using it.

Everything went very smoothly. James was very helpful and efficient.

Alex and her team were fantastic. I was without a car so needed things sorting quickly. Within 24 hours the car was sourced and a further 24 hours, all signed up. I am just waiting for the car to arrive next week. Highly recommend 👌

I've leased several cars over the years, but am happy to say that Alpha Contracts are the best I've dealt with, everything from the initial quote, online agreements and delivery of the car were all so straight forward and spot on, Alex Bates was my contact and she answered all my queries promptly, I would definitely recommend and I will certainly use again when my lease is up for renewal.

Alex was great. Accessible, sorted everything out quickly
Fast delivery within 2 weeks of order

Amazing service. Alex went above and beyond to source my car - even going in to the office on a Sunday! I would recommend Alpha Contracts to anyone and everyone. Absolutely brilliant!!

James managed to source a vehicle in stock to save factory order. Easy process would use again

Really easy simple process! Good communication and always at hand to deal with any questions. Good service and the car is perfect! Would highly recommend!

Great experience leasing my new car, everyone was so helpful. Car delivery as promised. Cannot fault any part of the process.

James Conway was a massive help from start to finish. I’m afraid to say we didn’t go ahead with the order as my previous lease ended up going ahead but we will definitely be doing business in the future.

James at alpha was brilliant always on hand with any queries and the communication was fantastic. The whole transaction of leasing a vehicle smooth and hastle free. Alpha goes beyond and I would definitely recommend them as a vehicle leasing company.

Very pleased with the way my inquiry about a lease car was handled. They sourced the vehicle out I wanted and at a good price, within my budget.

This is my 2nd time using Alpha and the process couldn't have been simpler. I was offered a fantastic deal. The customer service is outstanding. Alex assisted me with my lease vehicle, she was very helpful. Highly recommend Alpha.
