A Local Printer Anmeldelser

I ordered samples and assumed they’d be complete notebooks so I was a bit surprised that they were only covers! But they were gorgeous covers so I’m really excited to order full notebooks soon! I have called them a few times and they have been very kind and helpful!

Always helpful, and really quick service!

Apart from presenting a site that I could navigate, with clear explanations of each product at every level, I was able to phone with a query and get a prompt reply. My order was produced to an excellent quality and arrived in time. Will definitely return for future orders.

I am very happy with my card catcher stickers. Very good service.

Brilliant service, fast and prompt as well as friendly. Good quality and best of all kind to the environment.

I ordered some pre-printed card-catch stickers. Because of a mix up on Local Printer's end of things these weren't dispatched for several weeks. However, when I emailed for an eta I got a prompt and friendly email apologising for the mix-up and the stickers were with me around 3 days later. And they're ace. Thanks!

Cheers folks!

Claire

Fantastic customer service, particularly Matthew who had great attention to detail when it came to our personalised artwork to make sure it looked 100%. Our notebooks arrived super quick, great product and high quality finish. Would definitely use again.

Really easy transaction. Product arrived faster than expected.

There was an issue with my my original artwork and I was given good clear instruction of how to fix it. The labels arrived quickly and look great.

Lovely quality sample cards and prompt service. Will be placing a bigger order soon.

Professional company, very dedicated staff

Great service. Very quick turnaround on changes I requested.

Prompt service, very helpful, good quality printing

Great customer service and turn around times. I was extremely happy with my branded Greeting Cards.

The print quality on the textured greeting cards I ordered is fantastic thank you. I love that they are made from recycled materials too!

Excellent service, quickly delivered.

Really pleased with my stickers, lovely quality and easy to apply

On the whole, the service is very good. However, when faced with an issue with one of my designs that were printed, they didn't resolve it in the way I had requested but in the end offered me a refund for the design I was unhappy with, which was still much appreciated. As a small business I can't afford to potentially make losses due to a design problem with my products so it was frustrating that a reprint couldn't happen, however, I will make the best of the situation in this case.

All in all, I do rate this company well for their commitment to sustainability and being the first eco print company in the UK, so I am still happy to have worked with them and may still work with them in the future.

Just be aware that they don't fully fulfil their promise about resolving design issues to the expected resolution for the customer although they do express their understanding and do offer compensation which is much better than not getting anything at all.

Edit: they have explained why a reprint was not possible due to them having to trial and error and it possibly being worse than the first print, so I am happy with this.
