They have done better with keeping you updated on shipping. The products are of good quality. I have noticed that some selections for the boxes mare sold out even if I go in the same day to make my selections. This has happened in at least 2 boxes in the past 12-18 months
Have also noticed that the variety of products in some boxes has also decreased

The folks in Alltrue’s customer service are always polite and empowered and have always solved the minor issues I’ve had with great service and communication.

I often choose my products the first day I am notified and already there are products unavailable. Next box the very same items are listed again… the ones I didn’t want the first time.really need to mix up new products.

I have cancelled my subscription via AllTrue's website and through emails, at least five times. I continue to receive boxes of products I will NEVER use, as I do not use make up. The majority of the time some sort of makeup is exactly what I receive. I finally had to contact my vredit card company to tell them to refuse charges from this company.

Since the company leadership change, the product quality and service have only improved! Thoughtful, curated, artisan products. Love!

At first I really enjoyed getting the products. However, after many years there has been duplication in the products. And many of the products seem beauty-care related, which does not interest me. Also, often when I go to create my box, several of the items will be out of stock already, even though I attempt to do it right after receiving the email that it's time to create my box. It seems the last few years I am not interested in the majority of the items offered and mostly give them as gifts.

Alltrue seasonal boxes are a great way to experience new products, and to purchase products from small businesses, especially black and women owned companies. You receive a great value for the purchase price.

Four stars because the box choices can sometimes be repetitive (some same items from a previous season), and it would be nice if the variety could be expanded to include partnerships with more small businesses.

The quality of the items and the story that comes with them

Sometimes there items I would never use. I have given away as much as I have kept.
Your skin care products on the other hand are Excellent.

I love being surprised the anticipation, waiting on the beautiful boxes and content at times overwhelm me I share the contents of the very thoughtful gifts well thought out pieces well intentioned gifts they are amazing I thank you for the talent and thoughtfulness. It’s been all that and more for me!

These guys have the best customer service. Hyper responsive and excellent to deal with. I received a box that had obviously been opened and was missing some items. I reached out and they replaced one and gave me an alternative for the other (that was sold out). Phenomenal to deal with. I’ve been a member for 8 years and excited to remain one for many more.

It’s a nice subscription box , although you have to be on top of your emails and check your junk box or you’ll be disappointed. I have been introduced to some great products and companies that I may not have ever found on my own . And everything has been a good quality. But sadly by not being able to do any choices or customization for the past two box’s I’ve ended up wasting most of the box and won’t be subscribing again . As well as having been a part of this for 3 or 4 years the box’s have gone downhill. They used to be more unique

I am not always happy with the choices and when something is sold out it is disappointing. I am considering not subscribing beyond this year.

Items are also becoming repeated.

I love this. I am an annual subscriber and it’s so fun to pick out the products every season, and if there is nothing I personally want it makes great gifts!
The quality of the items are great and it is always delivered in a timely fashion.
I also love the market that they open each season as it means I can buy additional products from past seasons as well as new products to try.

I’ve gotten some really high quality full size products that I’ve rebought. It’s always a delight to open the pretty boxes they send!

Missing items , difficulty getting them, email not sent for pick up date etc

I look forward to receiving my box each season and love supporting women's business.

Really amazing products! I keep many of them or gift them. It’s like Christmas opening the box every time.
