I don’t like most of your products and the ones I wanted are usually sold out.
Also I want to only support companies that support Israel- the only place with free rights for women in the entire Middle East.
And one that is against the Regime in Iran forcing its women to wear Hijab under the threat of death.
Do better.

I first joined when it was Causebox and have received some very nice items over the years. Recently I stopped getting notification that it is time to make my selections and ended up getting things I have zero interest in. It was supposedly fixed, by also adding a text notification option. Still get none. It's frustrating. The selections are not as much to my taste, but have been in decluttering mode lately.

I get notices of selections late. This time Alltrue picked choices I would NEVER have wanted.
Even when I get a notice in time, items have already been sold out and I once again do not get my choices.
Since changing from Cause Box to Alltrue I do not feel I get value for what I pay per box. And I do not care for most selections offered. Too much skin care, makeup and too few household or accessory items.
While items appear to be undamaged, the decorative box arrives and is too damaged, dirty outside to re-use for storage.

I would like more variety and US products made in the US. Last shipment so many products made in China

What I love: commitment to sustainability/ fair labor etc. Company is very responsive to any issues you bring up which is a great quality.

things that aren’t working for me: quality of boxes have gone down since this company went from causebox to alltrue. I used to really feel these boxes were fun and worth the money, but now I contemplate cancelling my subscription because the items are kind of blah. I really only have it because I appreciate the option to use the add on market which is awesome. But then I’m just spending more money. I don’t like that personalization box items go quickly at times making it really unfair because certain items you lost the chance on really early on in the choice process. Also shipping times for add on market is super slow!

I love the most of the products Alltrue supports and sells but the delay in shipping for market orders is ridiculous. I am not expecting Amazon type delivery but the fact that I ordered over $200 worth of products in February and it still has not shipped yet is ridiculous. I keep on checking the status and I’ve emailed complaints in the past but it has not improved. I used to recommend Alltrue to friends and co-workers but they really need to figure out their logistics and communicate better for ordered made over 60 days.

Love the products and their stories of helping women in needy countries

The curated gift box always makes me look forward to a new season! I have been with Alltrue for years and am very happy with the service including being able to choose which items I want.

I like being able to pick the items, wish they had more to select from at times. When I have had questions or trouble with an item, they (support people) are always quick to respond,

They are not prone to mistakes, but when they do happen they have made dealing with them and fixing things effortless and pleasant, with real human beings. The quality of the product’s has been excellent. My only quibble is that the Cause Box has the occasional inevitable beauty product [not my jam] but that’s just me. Not gonna rain on the parades of those for whom that’s a plus.

The quality of items in the box is lessening over the last year. There was some snafu in the “time to make choices” emails sent. I was never able to login and was very disappointed in the selections made for me.

Enjoy the variety and quality of the products offered; pricing has improved recently.

I love supporting local/small businesses and artisans with the unique products.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes things come broken as delivery people aren't always careful with the box.
