All Terrain Cycles Anmeldelser

My partner bought a gravel bike late last year and was pleased with the price and service. Fast forward a few months and I got bike envy so started looking for one myself. All Terrain sourced the bike I wanted as they didn’t have it in stock. Price was competitive with other deals on line and it was delivered sooner than expected. Collected it from the shop and was given a detailed briefing of its features by Alan. Great service and customer experience. I prefer to buy from and support my local bike shop if they have what I want. Only managed one ride since purchase but very pleased with my choice. I’ll be back to make use of the 10% discount card I got with the bike purchase.

Great service and very quick delivery.

First class service, competitive prices and excellent customer support. A bike company that really cares about it's customers and reputation.

Very helpful when I rang for advice and very prompt supply of replacement parts.
Bike now repaired within 2 days of order.
Great customer service.

Very happy and grateful to these guys. I had some queries about sizing and geometry of a Trek bike I was thinking of buying. I spoke to Joe (think that was the name?!) in the office and he was very thorough with his assistance. At no point did he try anything sales-y, instead he told me that this actually may not be the perfect size and helped me with measuring some things on my gravel bike to compare. In the end it seemed like it’s the right one for me and it was delivered 2 days later, absolutely thrilled with the new bike (though I haven’t been able to get out on it yet so I’m just staring at it!) and would highly recommend All Terrain Cycles!

Wide selection of spare, fast delivery.

Ordered a Giant Revolt gravel bike online which was competitively priced and delivered very promptly. Great service, would definitely recommend. Happy to support an independent cycle business.

I ordered my item later afternoon and it arrived the following afternoon

I would highly recommend this website, great price . I will be using this website again

Good comms from start to finish and because the delivery was slightly late due to customs the guys put a muc off pack in with bike appreciated and a great service

Very quick delivery and very competitive price.

Great company with quick response and delivery...really impressed

Fast response, super quick next day bike delivery. Brilliant service. Highly recommend

Good price and delivered in relatively ok time considering the new year break etc.

Really great and competitive prices on what I was searching for. The website was so easy to use. Delivery was well within the expected time with the goods were well packed. The company deserves a lot of custom and will be getting more of mine in the future

I am very impressed with Allterrain cycles. I found their website easy to use. I had researched for a competitive price for the gravel bike I wanted. Allterrain cycles offered a great price. They also had an option to use Klarna as a payment option which I wanted. The bike was delivered within a week and arrived in perfect condition. It is a super bike and I am really pleased. I would throughly recommend Allterain cycles. 😃

Very competitive prices, good selection, good website and quick delivery - spot on!
Looks like a nice shop too - If I lived closer I'm sure I'd be a regular visitor.

Quick delivery item well packaged. The item came with no receipt or proof of purchase. I was impressed with the light so purchased another for my road bike from the high street. Paid a bit more got a receipt and peace of mind. Due to this system i probably would not purchase from them again. All Terrain contacted me regarding my comments. Very satisfactory outcome. Excellent !!
