All Terrain Cycles Anmeldelser

Buying the right bike was easy with the help I received from All Terrain Cycles. Their knowledge was great and were able to answer all my questions before purchasing. The bike arrived within a few days and was very well packaged. A great overall experience and would recommend

Great all-round experience, from the ease of ordering, quick delivery and product received (with comprehensive and easy-to-follow instructions). I would thoroughly recommend All Terrain Cycles.

The best bikes and even better servicing

Best price, bike in stock as advertised unlike many places, rapid dispatch and delivery. I paid for full build premium delivery, but the front brake cable was not secured correctly and was rubbing the spokes. The gears were also well out of sync also needed some major adjustment. All Terrain Cycles responded rapidly to my email pointing this out and offered to cover the cost of my local bike store adjusting the gears. My local Giant store however did this for free :). The bike is now perfect. I would use this company again.

Fast post. Item well priced. All good.

Bike priced fairly , well packaged, good delivery cost compared to some, very fast delivery time, would recommend.

Great service
Good price with some nice freebies thrown in like dmr pedals and muc off kit
Delivery very fast considering bike has to be pdi
My only niggle was gears was not correctly adjusted on bottom cog after speaking with online sales they pointed me in the right direction and all is well
I absolutely love the bike it's perfect in every way

It’s hard to find a decent range of stock, now that the big companies of a few years ago are no more (well… they stock some stuff, but aren’t aimed at the same market anymore).
I could find what I wanted at All Terrain Cycles (or a suitable alternative for the helmet brand). The price was good and everything arrived on time

Purchased road bike online last year. Took time to ensure frame size was correct before completing order. Absolutely no concerns using Allterrain. Reason for review is due to a potential fault with my Di2 system. Although unable to test the bike as I live a long way from them - they made the effort to respond immediately and put me in touch with the nearest cycle shop that could undertake the test. Also resent my receipt in case I needed to claim for the parts under warranty. Great after sales service, thanks Joe.
