Anyone know how I get in touch with this company please? I paid £79 for travel insurance with Love Holidays and I’m trying to cancel my holiday but cannot find this insurance company anywhere

Save yourself money when buying tickets from ticketmaster I took out the insurance with these and they won’t payout, my daughter bought 2 tickets to Becky hill it stated you had to be 14+ she is 17 and got denied entry and Allianz won’t payout so don’t bother with the insurance there not gonna help you if anything happens

Their travel insurance is a con. They're plaguing on your insecurity when making a booking. It's designed to not pay out, so Allianz will make you go through every hoop under the sun, and still find an excuse not to pay. I was only claiming on a damaged travel case (€250) and provided all requisite documentation. Considering Allianz put so much effort into avoiding an honest claim for a paltry €250, its guaranteed they won't pay something serious and costly. If you have health issues or the like, I recommend you take out insurance with a more reputable company.

Tried calling to cancel a policy, whilst typing this I have now waited for over 23 minutes for someone to answer the phone.

Actually zero rating this. I bought tickets via Ticketmaster in March 24 for an event in July 24 and added missed event insurance. My husband and I were both unwell and couldn't attend. I was reminded on holiday that actually we had insurance. I have just tried to claim - my insurance was only valid until 13.6.24 - so how can that be missed event insurance when the event wasn'tuntil July?? The event was after the rubbish policy expired. Ticketmaster need to be more transparent - what a scam. Just tried to ring Allianz - apparently he couldn't hear me properly on the phone. Rubbish - avoid at all costs!!

It was touch and go for awhile but the hospital saved his life
Insurance company if they dear call them selves that
Have been obstructive, petty
And unhelpful is to soft of a word
3 weeks we have argued with them to return him back to nhs
But they lied and lied
Even when we checked out their lies they still lies
We have been left with no alternative but to bring him home our selves
Please do not ever buy from this company
We are very capable people
But if you needed any help of assistance
When aboard
Heaven help you
I have photos of him in hospital
Show the sort of
standard of nursing he received
And the insurance company
Won’t get him back to England to nhs
It’s a wonder he has died of further infection
Wish this site would let you post photos
He’s lying with bloody bandages, weeping wound
And his stuma bag burst, leaving lying in that state
For hours no matter how many times nurses where asked for help

But not interested

Spent 3 days trying to upload documents never works get put through to a call centre somewhere and everytime they cut off the line and give me conflicting information, clearly they are on commission NOT to pay out on claims, shocking service, I will never use this again and I have been clearly scammed.

Impossible to claim for a ticket when no one will send you the details they require to initiate the claim- phone line a complete nightmare no use at all- what a scam to charge you for something they make so difficult to follow

I think this is the company that provide home emergency insurance through Halifax. I had their cover as a bolt on extra. When my drains blocked and I had to move my elderly bedridden Mum out of the house they took full details of my claim. Suspecting their promises to send an engineer would be lies I was correct.
Can you believe they say if you have 'another' toilet in the house you can't claim for a blocked drain that floods the lowest toilet in the house!

I cancelled the policy right away.

This firm has taken money out of my bank each month for 5 years and can get no one to speak to to resolve this matter or find out what this was or as there has been no communication.

What a scam company. I had a travel claim. Everything within the policy guidelines. I got Pneumonia. Got absolutely all the documents from the hospital abroad. So, I went back to the UK . I submitted my claim to Allianz with like 10 document scans. I'm waiting 2 weeks, then I get an email. "We need a certificate from your local GP that says you're health." LOL what? If you live in the UK, you'd know. It takes you from 2-4 weeks minimum. To get an appointment with your local/usual doctor at home. So, they've technically lowkey refused my claim, for less than a 1000 euro. Lol what a scammmmmm.

This is my first and last claim with them.

This company's claim process is most tiring and unsupportive. No one is helping me since 2 months now. Each time they ask for same documents again and again and even though everything is provided they are not ready to support. How can one trust you???? You have being very insensitive during a very tough period in my life. My claim 20241467851 is being pending for over two months???

The insurance is about as much use as a tits on a fish. The call centre staff work in India, they have zero customer service standards and do everything in there power to not pay the claim! I wouldn’t be surprised if in years to come there’s a no win no fee case against them stating they have missold this product. If I could give no stars I would!

A traumatic experience with Allianz Assistance through our Lloyds Bank account.My wife has a heart condition but was fit to fly when the booking was made in March.Unfortunately she experienced chest pains just before our week's holiday in April to Mallorca.It was too risky to fly and had to be cancelled.I submitted a claim for travel insurance for flights, hotel etc. supported with a Cardiologist Consultant's Medical Report and Certificate, a letter from him.This was unacceptable.Despite this, they insisted on several times, a GP's medical certificate, despite the fact my wife was under the supervision of a Consultant.A GP Medical Certificate was sent together with Medical Report from a Professor of Cardiology following a successful scan.They have now requested further information from a GP!
This company will constantly ask the same questions.Their strategy, it seems is to wear one down, so that one goes away, to deliberately draining one’s energy and efforts and to make unfair demands.I am surprised that Lloyds Bank are associated with this travel insurance.

They have a full team whose sole job is to find a way not to pay a claim. I had to educate them on their own policy wording. Do not give up. Take them to the ombudsman, If you are not already insured don't bother.
If you find yourself needing to claim you will lose the will to live long before your claim will be settled if at all.

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY ANY INSURANCE OFF THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL ITS ALL LIES THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN IT COMES TO CLAIMING FOR WHAT IS COVERED THEY DECLINE YHEY NEED CLOSING DOWN AND IM REPORTING THEM TO EVERY PERSON RELEVANT!!! I will not have this!!!

I bought a travel insurance from them. My flight got cancelled and I request a claim later on. But they rejected my claim even though flight cancellation is covered in the insurance. Do not buy any insurance from this company because your claim will not be successful most likely

Horrible experience! I have been waiting for the reply of my claim for over a year now! Used their travel insurance in a trip when Allianz was still the provider of Revolut card and even though they said that wouldn't be a problem, I haven't had any answer about my claim yet!
This is a SHAME.

This is regarding the Alianz oδικη βοηθεια in Greece. Terrible service and company. Very incompetent. Would not recommend.

Looking for a new service provider.

I had a cancelled Easyjet flight out of Cyprus to Liverpool airport on 27th June. Was delayed more than 24 hours and had hotel and taxi expenses associated with my delay until I managed to book another flight to Manchester next evening. It cost me in total £630 in expenses and thinking that Allianz through my Lloyds Bank account would cover it so no worries. When I submitted my claim on return they refused stating that they do not cover cancelled flight costs and expenses because I did not pass through security and the flight was cancelled due to air traffic control. I have had insurance with Lloyds bank for decades so now I shall be looking elswhere. DO NOT take out cover with these people and make sure if you get Insurance your are covered for ALL EVENTUALITIES. Beware of the small print.
