Me puse en contacto para solucionar este tema con el helpdesk y ha sido amable para llegar a un entendimiento sobre este tema. Que al intentar comprar un artículo me reenviarlo a esta página y otra diferente y me cargaron 2 pedidos, al principio se cargo pero hablando se entiende la gente y estoy esperando al reembolso.

I'm disappointed, I paid a delivery for a product now I'm paying a subscription I don't know what is it for... "What is happening with online purchases & subscriptions?...

Got scammed into buying a membership , customer service is terrible , everything else is as expected

I am sad and regret ever clicking AllGoGaming advert for sales of blinder/juicer on Facebook, I made payment and thereafter, they started taking money from my account in the name of subscription which I don't know anything about. after sending series of mails, the money was refunded but the money i paid for the blinder was never refunded till date, they claim is subscription, but the questions I asked them was subscription for what??? they advertised a products and click the link to buy and the link takes me to payment which I paid, how has this become a subscription. They better refund me my money. This is a fraudulent act.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience with AllGoGaming. Their service fell way below expectations. After making a purchase on their website, I realized not only did they fail to deliver the product, but they also overcharged my credit card.

To fix it
They have emailed me they will credit the whole account straightaway now and will cancel my subscription

I was really disappointed with my experience with AllGoGaming. Their service fell way below expectations. After making a purchase on their website, I realized not only did they fail to deliver the product, but they also overcharged my credit card.

UPDATE: I was in contact with the customer service and they have promised me a full refund for the misunderstanding.

They resolved the issue quickly and the customer service was really good.

This is an amendment to my original negative review for Allgogaming.com due to a 'misunderstanding'. With excellent communication from their Customer Support Team the 'misunderstanding' is being resolved and I am awaiting a full refund.

I am pleased to see how quick the response from the allgogaming was, as soon as they received my concerns they took action. I did not understand what i was paying for and how I ended up there. I don't believe there is any dishonesty within allgogaming they care about their customer and their customer service is efficient.

I wrote a bad review of this company because I bought something for £2.70 (still can't remember what it was and still not sure I received it) however what I hadn't realised was that I had signed up to some sort of gaming site (I have plenty of vices but gaming leaves me cold) as I was on holiday I did not realise this until the company had taken over £150 from my account, however they have now been in touch and offered me a full refund providing this refund comes through, I feel they have redeemed themselves and they actually do have some good customer service (rare these days), with customer service that cares I would recommend them. Note to allgogaming I would still be interested to know what the service I signed up for was as I am still none the wiser!

Beware of AllGoGaming.com. I was first aware of AllGoGaming after I signed up for a heavily discounted Ring camera. After I payed for the item the email confirmation came from AllGoGaming. I checked my bank account and the payment came up as AllGoGaming!
The email looked 100% like it was from Ring, even going back to look at it now I can't fault it!
I then went to their website to find out what they were!
On realising that I had been deceived I tried cancelling my 'Subscription'. But it would not let me, it said it was not possible to cancel membership in the first 24hrs.
When I went on the site the following day it turned out they had taken another £36.91! When I went to cancel it, it said there was a €6.95 admin charge for cancellation.
When I went back on the chat demanding they refund me they say the payments are none refundable!
If you ever find an unexpected email invoice or debit on you bank account/credit card check it out ASAP. If I had not cancelled it when I did they would have been regularly debiting me further!

BE WARNED, if they snag you, you can't get rid of them quick enough!!!!

For the last few days I've had emails and messages from AllGoGaming trying to bribe me to change my review!
Yes after a hell of a lot of hassle I was finally refunded the money I should never have been charged.
So I 100% stand by my original review.
They have tried offering my 15 credits to bribe me to change my review to 4 or 5 stars!
How deluded are they, it took me so much time and hassle to cancel my account! Why would 15 or 15,000 credits get me to change my review!
I would prefer to give them minus 5 stars if that was possible!
