Pushy and rude customer service
I signed up for gas services for an apartment I’m moving into, after confirming my services they connected me to allconnect. Once on the call the representative tried to sell me on Spectrum internet, and asked me to confirm my “order,” to which I had no clue what he was talking about. I told him I would like to speak to my fiancé first and discuss our options. The representative became rude and insisted on me signing up for spectrum. He would not take no for an answer. I never once asked for the services he was trying to provide, and his attitude made it an extremely frustrating experience.

The agent I worked with was very friendly and helpful but once I was turned over to the Spectrum agent after placing the order I was informed that several things he had told me were not accurate.
He told me that I had 90 days to decide on activating it. The spectrum agent said he was incorrect and that had to be done in 30 days max.
