Very satisfied with the customer support for Connecten Internet. We are on the road traveling and have had a couple of issues with our internet speed not being sufficient for streaming services. With just opening a live chat on their website, Angel had us up and running in no time with a better connection. Only takes about 10 to 20 minutes to resolve the issue.

Angel was very helpful and the question was answered in a quickly manner and very polite

Have been using Connecten service for several years and have been satisfied overall. Had my first issue with my modem. I called customer service line and reached a human within one prompt. Tech support staff were very friendly and they had my issue resolved very quickly.

I recently signed up for their home plan and appreciated the opportunity to use all three carriers for two weeks before making a final decision on which carrier to lock in after the trial period. That flexibility was a great feature. While I wish there were no $10 fee each time I want to switch carriers afterward, it is ultimately not a major concern. Overall, I would recommend this company to others.

Tyler is a great service rep. He is personable and can easily relate and understand what is being discussed. He goes out of his way to stay on top of changes and issues that his customers need to know about. I wish more service reps were like him.

Angel has always been great! Whenever I land somewhere, she is quick to get me connected to the best cell tower nearest me. Sometimes, I hear people complaining about the wifi service at campgrounds. I tell campers who complained that they should get Connecten. It's so reliable and for it's price point, you get what you are paying for. Totally worth it!!!

ConneTen internet service has served me well. Internet service can be frustrating. I travel for work and have always struggled finding an internet service that worked WELL everywhere. ConnecTen literally works everywhere I have been, which is all over the US. When it hasn’t worked great I simply get on the 24/7 chat and one of the customer service agents links to my router and fixes the problem, and they get it right every time. Tyler has been fantastic to do business with. He’s clear, quick, friendly, and always looking out for his customers! HIGHLY recommend this service!

Excellent customer service and technical support. Angel, with technical support, has been so helpful, with any issues that may arise. WiFi service is great and I am in an extremely rural and wooded area. Would definitely recommend Connecten to anyone needing WiFi in the wild.

Bill Calamia was excellent in helping me set up the new streaming service and so far the internet service is also excellent.
I will not use Dish Network or Direct TV again

We have used our cell phones for everything in our RV travels. Often it was very frustrating. And forget about streaming.

Connecten solved the problems. Having a solution. That automatically finds the best service is a game changer.

So far it works great and changing providers is a snap.
Tyler called about a week after I received the unit just wanting to know if I had any problems or questions. What other company does that? Connecten is truly a customer service oriented company.

Tyler just called me and let me know about their new television streaming service that they're offering. And because I'm already a customer, he offered me an amazing deal. Which sounds too good to be true, but I have a friend that's actually using it, and Is speaking very highly of it, so I will now give it a shot.

I was having an issue connecting to the internet, so I contacted Connecten's tech support and Angel was able tom help me out.

Connect 10 internet is a really good service, I I live out in the country so me having internet services very important to me and my family and also we move around a lot in the RV and connect 10 internet is perfect for me and my family thank you connect Ten internet.

Ijust called into customer service waited on hold for a while. So i hung up and called Tyler direct and Even though he's not part of the customer service team he spent ,17 minutes on the phone answering some questions and trying to help me. S o i nust wanted to give him and a shout and thanks You for all of your time and hard work
You wont find out theer many companies anymore that actualy have a live English speaking people that are not AI

I almost bricked my router but Connecten saved it.I wanted to change my password on the router that Connecten supplies when you sign up. I followed the instructions they supplied but I changed a setting I should not have. Tracy and the other techs at Connecten fixed my problem quickly and I was back up and running in no time. The people at Connecten were wonderful and very patient and very professional. They are what companies used to be. THANK you Connecten.
