I have used them a couple of times and they have been very good at delivering what has been agreed. I have spoken to many of the team and have had significant dealings with Irum. The booking experience could have been…
The booking experience could have been better but overall Alhamdullilah our Umrah was completed successfully and everything that was promised was fulfilled. Unfortunately the biggest disappointment was the visa application that was never completed because the travel agent kept saying the system was down when that was not the case. This resulted in us applying for the visas ourselves, paying additional costs, which we got immediately. The main thing to improve would be clear communication, especially around the visa process. Overall we are happy with Zara who was helpful most of the time and responsive.

Stay well clear from this company
Stay well clear from this company, they are nothing but fraudsters. They will take your money but not offer any solution when the airline cancels the flights. They encourage customers to pay by bank transfer as opposed to credit card as they don't want to pay anything back when something goes wrong. Please stay well clear of this company and book your Umrah with a company that will not rip you off.
