Alert Electrical Anmeldelser

Ordered a few parts from alert over the last few weeks for delivery.
First class service everything in stock, well packed and fast delivery.
Shout out to Nathan who sorted out my last order.
Will be using again for sure.

I placed my first order with alert electrical and I must admit I was a little apprehensive because the item (chandelier) was significantly cheaper than other websites.
Given it's competitive price I placed the order. The item arrived, great packaging, great product BUT it had slight manufacturers defect. I emailed Alert electrical expecting it to he a nightmare and I was absolutely blown away by the fantastic service! They wasn't even interested in the item being sent back they just just wanted to make sure one was sent out to me straightaway. I had the electrician booked in for the expected date but the item still hadn't arrived (dpd issue) so when I contacted alert electrical they had someone drive over with the item! I then found out it was actually the director of Forum that personally delivered the item!
Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control but what absolutely outstanding service from Alert electrical!! Thank you Kerry & Nathan!!!!

Brought a complete alarm kit, my installer noted one of the PIR sensors was faulty.

Customer service was fantastic. Replacement sent out via DPD at no charge and the faulty one taken back.

Email communication was great, cannot fault them at all.

The only thing i would change would be the extra charge for next day delivery. Most places now (especially during covid) are offering express delivery free of charge. It almost made me look elsewhere, but im glad I didn't.

10/10 for the after sales service.

Great service and product. Item came next day, well packed.

Ordered an ERA alarm, got lost by delivery company! Contacted alert electricals, I received an email straight away and then a follow up phone call the next day with an explanation and information as to how they would rectify the problem. Received the alarm when I was told I would. Alarm easy to install and is perfect for what we need.

Ordered on line on 24.07.20. Shower fan delivered on 25.07.20. To be fair did pay for speedier delivery. But didn’t expect this quick.
Had previously waited 5 weeks from another company who kept saying item coming into stock...cancelled order and got amazing service from Alert

Ordered a Yale module 2 which said on their website was in stock and would be delivered 3-5 days. a week later i still had no confirmation that the order had been dispatched so i sent an email. I didn't get a reply so 2 days later I called. The lady was polite and said she had my email and was looking in to it for me. later that day i got an email stating they didn`t have one in stock as yale themselves did not have any and estimated delivery would be around 3 weeks. I checked Yale website and was able to order one direct from them. it worked out cheaper and delivery is due tomorrow- 2 days after my order. my question was had i not enquired about my product how long would i have waited for them to contact me. Surly once i placed the order the knew the didnt have one and could have contacted me then with a revised delivery estimate.

What can I say, absolutely unbelievable service. I placed my order online on Friday morning and it arrived just over 1 working day later.

Fabulous service, and a great range of products to choose from. I had a few queries about delivery and some products, and the response to these queries was very quick, and informative.

Cannot comment on product, but don't bother wasting time with next day delivery, they will happily take your payment for it, but once they have dispatched to DHL they wash there hands of it and you are at DHL's mercy.

Fantastic prices, very fast delivery despite holiday period. Overall very pleased with this company

Bought an alarm from here. Very friendly. Quick service. Couldn't fault it.

Great service, extremely helpful staff and fast delivery . Black nickel socket covers good product. Highly recommend

great company to deal, very helpful and very polite, would recommend this company and would use them again, thanks Alert Electrical.

I ordered an air conditioning unit through Alert electrical, there were delays to my order that were no direct fault of theirs (2019 model awaiting release from Italy), however they owned the issue, kept me informed and got it resolved.
I was impressed with their customer focus and will be using them again in the future

I only found Alert Electrical recently and was impressed with their very wide range of electrical products (more, naturally, than a general building supplier) and good pricing. As I'm not far from their Derby base, it was easy to make an order to be picked up from there a few days later, but I could have opted for home delivery at a very reasonable delivery charge - or free over £100.

It is well subscribing to their regular email newsletter, not just for general news about products, but also for manager's specials. I was able to grab a small extractor fan at almost half their usual (already competitive) price.

All the staff I spoke to have been polite and helpful.

Having read the reviews of Alert Electrical I decided to buy a couple of alarm PIRs. The transaction from selection, payment and delivery through Yodel was seamless. I ordered early evening and they were delivered next morning. Highly recommended based on my experience.

Good work.
Heater arrived promptly .
Chap on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I’m no expert but price seemed reasonable

Ryan has just finished a job in my son's flat and he said it's a first class job and Ryan was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Thank you Alert Electrical

Sue

Further to your outstanding and very professional work we received recently on our property I would obviously like to thank Chris and yourself and I will certainly retain your details for possible future work regarding electrics and security.

Normally I cant stand workman in my on home, but Chris was reliable honest and very respectful. a true asset to the business.

I also have no hesitation in recommending your company in the future to other people.

Bad customer service , when I fitted it it now wobbles , they say they will replace it but are not answering my emails
Very disappointed .
They contact me after this and sent a replacement fan strate away , and they were very polite . I would buy from them again . And they didn't ask me to change my review , this is off my own back I decided to update it . Very well done to them .
