Alert Electrical Anmeldelser

I can't fault the service I have received from Alert Electrical. I keep using them as their prices are always very competitive and the speed of service is second to none.

Great value products, ordered and despatched very quick, received the items very well packed.
Had an issue with order payment and Kerry responded and resolved the issue quickly.
Will be ordering from these again.

Absolutely amazing service from these guys. Had an issue with my apple pay and Kerry (super lovely lady) rang me to resolve and my order was shipped the next day! I don’t normally leave reviews but felt this company defo deserved one!

Super service from Hannah. Had some issues with products but all sorted quickly & without fuss.
Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT customer service, especially from Kerry. We dealt with Kerry by email and phone, and she was incredibly helpful and honest. The items we ordered were delivered when we requested and in good condition. Would definitely recommend!

This is an easy five stars for a company that delivers on great prices and excellent, fast delivery. I purchased an Eaton alarm system kit, largely based on the great deal Alert were offering on this product. The standard delivery was about four days to NI and all under-pinned with regular email updates on order/delivery status.

Missing items. And unhelpful staff.

As a customer, how are we supposed to know what is in the product as all of it should be in the box

Good prices, quick shippment, very reliable

Swift delivery, well packaged, recommend this company.

Ordered 3 outside up/down lights. The back boxes wasn't the best of quality, Hannaah contacted the manufacturer and got 3 replacements sent out in no time! Thank you

I've just had probably the best on line trading experience since fax machines were useful! I bought some LED pendant lamps from Alert which have been fitted and working for some time now without problem. Then one decided not to work any more! I rang not really expecting too much and spoke to Hannah thinking I could maybe purchase a replacement part. Hannah leapt into action and arranged for the faulty lamp to be exchanged almost overnight at no cost to me. Such exemplary customer service is rare indeed nowadays and she must be highly commended for delivering such. As a result I will be strongly recommending Alert Electrical to my circle of friends and colleagues. Thanks again Hannah.

Great company, used them for a couple of years now for CCTV and electrical kit, one of the few electrical wholesalers that stocks decent CCTV kit and at reasonable prices. Always quick and reliable delivery, highly recommend.

Wowser, such quick delivery. Fantastic service and the best price on the Net for Hispec WiFi smoke and heat alarms. Thanks Alert, for superb service

They offer an extensive range of products at very good prices supplemented by a skilled technical support.
I had few questions about an EV charger and received all clarifications over the phone.
The item was delivered to me within few days, much quicker than anticipated

Phoned and got great advice on what parts needed.
Best price I found and then quick delivery.

Top service by arron at the Leicester branch! Needed a item replacement and he came out of hours in his own time to me to do so!

Was in my experience an expensive service, ALWAYS ASK FOR QUOTES FIRST!. Work it self was quick and good.

First class service from Craig Alert Electrical.
Ordered some lights which were out of stock at the time and they were still here in 48hrs. Friendly and
helpful

I have used alertelectrical many times in the past but I believe the company might have been taken over or the staff replaced because they sent me the old model kit texecom alarm system and then changed the price on their website and told me I needed to pay more for the newer model which I ordered before they changed their website.
The staff member couldn’t care less and lied that the website hadn’t changed, so that’s the very last time I use them again as they clearly don’t value a loyal customer.

My experience with Alert Electrical was flawless, both before and after I placed my order, with telephone enquiries answered promptly and professionally (thanks Nathan).
My order qualified for free delivery and was received the following day (via DHL) when free delivery with most companies takes 3-5 days.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
