Really hope this stops others purchasing from this company.Made an order totaling 20 disposable devices full payment was taken straight away shortly after confirmation of despatch. When the package arrived 11 devices missing with a scruffy note stating "part 2 of your order will be delivered refund" Despite sending two seperate emails asking why they took full payment if they hadn't sufficient stock as all other companies you aware in your basket it's been radio silence ,no refund no reply called directly this afternoon no answer the first two attempts then on the 3rd all I could hear was another language and the occasional F word. What's really driving this review is with the week my inbox received 6 emails promoting new deals and crazy prices including the chase emails when you have looked on the website.

Previous reviews it's clear this is normal practise I urge anyone thinking of using them to consider washington vapes who not only track current stock levels but have the decency to respond.

I don't expect a reply they only do that with the positives comments which is probably why they have one of the lowest ratings in this particular segment

I order on line and I receive my order in just a day or two everything is always perfect

My past two orders have been partially refunded after ordering on line stating products are in stock no emails with any info just one saying a refund has been issued

Only received part of my order and had no information on when the rest of my order is coming and its been over 2 weeks.

Dissapointed with this order. One item was missing from the package, despite being included in my purchase. I’ve contacted customer service and hope this issue will be resolved quickly.

Ive been buying from this company for years, but in the past 4 mths or so they have become very unreliable, orders not arriving and having to contact them myself , no communication from them , just recently I put an order in and waited almost a week and received nothing , I emailed and thry said they had problems with supplier, thrn offered a refund, which now ive waited 8 days !! Emailed thrm a number of times with no reply. I definitely won't be using thrm again

I have been dealing with this company for quite some time now, and they have always been spot on with my orders. However, this time they went above and beyond.
My order was incomplete at first I ordered 4 vapes and only 3 arrived. But they included a leaflet explaining the missing item would be delivered separately, and a few days later it arrived exactly as promised.
Very reliable company, I must say. Great customer service and communication throughout 👍

Absolutely a joke of a company. Order come pod for my vape paid for delivery 1-2days and am still waiting 4 days later. Not getting a reply from the company either. Absolutely joke.

It started off well, but this has been a very disappointing experience.

I placed an order and was later contacted by the company offering a refund or an alternative. I chose an alternative and specifically asked that certain flavours not be sent. Despite this, I received flavours I explicitly said I didn’t want, along with vape liquid that I don’t even use.

After several emails back and forth, I was told I’d be sent a return label so the incorrect items could be sent back. Since then — complete silence.

What makes this worse is that I’ve spent a lot of money with this company in the past, so I expected far better customer service. Mistakes happen, but being ignored after acknowledging the issue is unacceptable.

Very disappointed, and it’s made me rethink ordering again.
