This review is from someone who took the plunge into vaping from traditional tobacco products about 15 years ago. After using many different sellers, for the last 5 months I have settled on this retailer Vapourcore.
The selection of devices and liquids is excellent. I sort of batch order (in 5’s & 10’s) and I’ve never found anything out of stock. They compete very well with the ordinary everyday price to the point the local vape shops tell me they’d loose money matching their prices. They also provide good specials and discounts. One recent offer was LostMary BM6K refills for £4.49 (I bought 10). You don’t pay delivery on orders over £25 which is good and they offer Royal Mail (which I use) or DPD. The communication is first class. Most importantly they’ve never made a mistake or let me down with my order which is refreshing. After an order they ask if the delivery went well and am I happy with their service. I’ve never had that with other sellers. My final point is they go the extra mile, thats why I’ve taken the time to write this review for them.
(A message to the retailer:- Well done, you have a repeat customer. I’m not saying you’re going to retire on just my business but rest assured if I find you excellent others will as well. Your professional approach is both refreshing and helpful please keep it up the good work.)

Total pleasure to deal with, responsive communication great, great deal and a nothing to much trouble attitude. Getting phone calls to sort out issues was a classy touch. Super fast delivery and they now have another loyal customer!

I placed an order for 3 x hayati pro max devices on 22/11/25. Delivery was swift and my order arrived on 25/11/25. All was well until 21/12/25, when I realised that one device was faulty, would not charge at all. I emailed vapourcore to request a replacement, but to this day I have had no response. Clearly, an after sales service is non-existant, once they have your money they do not care.
For this reason, I will not be ordering again.

Items missing from my order. Customer Services called me and basically called me a liar by saying they will have to check CCTV of packing. Then called me back and could only offer a credit note for missing items as it would cost them way to much in postage to send me the item I paid for but didn't receive.

Be warned!! Don't order anything from this site if you expect to recive it.

Update!!! Still no credit refund for missing item after all this time !!!
