ordered a GE m1887 lever action from them.
it was on a 3 day lead time,meaning they needed 3 days to order it in before sending out. this took over a week, but as soon as they had it they send it out on a 24 hour delivery and just got it today. when i first ordered it i checked trust pilot afterwards and got worried with all the negative reviews, so i phoned them, got through every time and the lads were quite helpful. all in all i would shop there again and recomend them to friends.

Abysmal customer service. Placed an order in July 2025 with the understanding it was a back order. I have since called numerous times as well as emailed requesting to cancel this order (because I believe the RIF is no longer made) and I've received absolutely zero communication.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, ordered a HPA kit 2 weeks ago, no information given, no updates, not even printed the postal sticker. I've managed to get a custom made cnc adapter from abroad be built and shipped before I've even got any information from these guys. Seems common with these guys to not ship orders for weeks

Been waiting nearly 6 weeks for a m249 nag box that showed as in stock with a 3 day lead time I paid for 48hr delivery 5 weeks later no item no answer on the phone and 7 emails send and one vague reply saying amazingly my item was shipped the day before they replied to me that was over a week ago no updated tracking information still say awaiting your itmen on the Royal Mail sedate so at least they printed a label for it but did nothing else I doubt they even have them in stock as every other website online cannot get them at all, all I have had from them is lies it seems there company is just a take your money and lie to you hoping you don’t claim your money back enterprise I asked in May emails for my money back with not a single reply from there customer support team so I have escalated it to PayPal to get my money back

Made an order on the 18th now its the 26th ive sent emails with no reply ive called them they dont pick up poor service just want to take your money and dont want to sent out your order stay well clear form thei place im having to contacting trading standards. And klarna to revoke my payment.

Placed a £200 order weeks ago. No shipping email, no updates about my order. Tried calling over 20 times no answer, or calls engaged and straight to voicemail.

Have emailed both support emails 6 times, no reply.

I'm thinking this company is not operational or point blank ignoring customers.

Will wait another week before contacting my bank for a refund.

Horrible experience and I highly advise staying well clear.

Recieved an email to call them to talk about options for an order that they currently cannot get, we called them and said to cancel the order and issue a refund, was told it will be done, nothing was done, order still shows waiting to dispatch.
I telephoned back and was told they will cancel the order and issue a refund, still nothing been actioned for a refund, the case has now been taken up with PayPal, then legal action and press will be our next move, we have emailed extreme airsoft yet no reply has been given

I’ve been a loyal customer and recently purchased a threaded barrel for my Glock 18C. After hours of testing and troubleshooting, I confirmed the barrel is misaligned — BBs curve 3–10 inches off target only when a tracer is attached. I used the G&G UVT106 tracer unit, which works perfectly on my Glock 19X using a different threaded barrel also purchased from this store.

Despite explaining everything clearly in my message — including the fact that the tracer unit is proven to work flawlessly on a previous purchase from them — they responded by blaming the tracer and ignoring the testing I did.

Their support team clearly didn’t read my explanation. Instead of acknowledging that this barrel is likely off-spec, they pushed the blame back on me and the tracer.

I was hoping for a professional response, but all I got was deflection. Extremely disappointing, especially after spending so much time isolating the problem. I regret trusting them with this purchase.

I ordered a mag, there was a problem with PayPal, I called the store. They sorted it immediately and were nothing but nice and couldn’t be more eager to help.

Great selection of stock also. Highly recommend.

Quick fast delivery but the sniper I ordered didn't come with it's included bolts to attach the barrel to the stock.

After back and forth emails with the company confirming they would dispatch the missing bolts out to me, They still haven't showed up 3 weeks later.

I would avoid this company at all cost, scammers.

Wasted 2 weeks time to realise I should’ve have read their feedbacks before purchasing my RIF.
Now I don’t trust a single word from this guys!

It seems to be usual practice at “extremeairsoft” to sell you stuff that shows in stock” but it’s actually NOT and in stead of 🚀 Next day delivery or 4-5 days as you may plan it will turn in to weeks just like happened to me and many others..

Now if you cancel the order will take another 14 days to get your money back.

Sounds like proper scam place. 🤮🤮🤮

Never gonna buy anything from them again, better AVOID and don’t waste your time, money & plans..

Cancelled items from my order without informing me beforehand or giving me a chance to cancel the rest of it. Would never have purchased from Airsoft Extreme if they didn't lie in the first place and say they had something in stock (still incorrectly says in stock on the website days later....)

On their website, store policy says you can choose to wait until it's in stock and have it shipped at their expense when it does restock. They did not honor that at all, and I was never even asked or anything like I said.

Tried to make a support ticket using their website, but the items were shipped out the next day AND they never responded (it has been 6 days since I emailed! And I received a ticket confirmation email, so I know it was sent)

Absolutely great.....both items came really fast and I am very happy with the purchases.... The only two thing is sometimes I couldn't contact the shop but I think may have been busy, nd updates Thank you guys

RIF was described as having a 3 day lead time before it could be dispatched, wasn’t dispatched for two weeks and when it arrived it was visibly damaged with a bend so the barrel was pointing off to one side. I have had nothing but silence when I confronted them with this issue.

Ordered a product that showed as in stock and selected 3-5 working days delivery. 5 working days later and they'd still not shipped my items. What they did do is update their website to show that there was now a 30 day lead time on one of the products. One month later they'd not replied to multiple emails, shipped my order or answered the phone so disputed the payment with my bank and got my money back. The product has now had a further 30 days lead time added to it on the website.

I ordered a Christmas present for my son 6 December that was reported as “in stock “ on the website. The order was confirmed and a response email confirmation instructed that I would receive a follow up with shipment instructions. One month later, multiple excuses and empty promises… still no Airsoft parts! Avoid this company!

I sent money to this company to order an airsoft gun for my son's birthday. After confirming my payment and my information, and saying the item would be shipped, I received an email stating they would not ship the item because my billing location doesn't match my shipping location. I use both addresses which I explained, and I use a separate billing address for every single item I order online and it is only a problem this 1 company. I immediately ordered from another company who had no problem shipping an item to my address. Company is a joke.

They were fantastic....I ordered a Mystery Box with them and it wasnt totally what i expected, they allowed me to return for a new box, they were fantastic at handling my request and helping me. I spoke to Chris and he was non stop in helping me and I know I was probably frustrating thwn at times. Thanks guys!!

They had some of hazzle with me because I had some special requests and they fullfilled them with no problem.. The tone on the email was always kind and clear... And they ship overseas... Thank you for your great service 😀
