We are a specialist building products and contract moulding company. Airflow has been established in the south of England since 1972. We work closely with our customers developing products to their exacting requirements we have expanded our contract moulding and product development over the last few year as well as producing our own range of building products. The environment is important to us and the need to maintain competitive pricing, Airflow sees this as something we can use hand in hand and recycle not only 95% of our own waste plastic but also work with local companies and scout groups to gather materials and raising monies for good causes. Our team albeit small have mostly worked for the company for a long time and thus care about the development and progress we have and continue to make

Bloody love their invincible buckets, broke one the other day, or so I thought, was demolishing a wall and it fell over onto it and bent the bottom In, after a kick it popped back out again. Should be called the supper bucket

I have ordered a terracotta colour ventilation covers through their website. It says the delivery is only 2-3 days but I received them 21 days after my order. Their delivery system is really problematic.
Once I got them I realized that it is not the product I have ordered. The colour should be terracotta but it was white. When I tell them, the colour is wrong, they told me this is the only colour they can send.
I have tried to fit them but the quality of the material they have used is not good and the products dimensions are not in the tolerances. I couldint fit them to my walls.
Finally I have decided to return the items and send them an e-mail. They turned me back and stated that they will cut 30% from the amount as an administrational and handling charges. It was 60£ order. Meanwhile they wanted me to send the package back on my own cost. In conlcusion, it will cost me around 30£ to get this unsatisfactory product and service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We thank you for taking the time to express your views on our company and can only apologise that our policies are not to your liking. We wanted to take a moment and address your statement, point by point to avoid any miscommunication.
The delay in delivery was due to misplacement of package by the carrier, as goods were despatched on the date intended for delivery the following day, therefore out of our control. As soon as it was brought to our attention by yourself some two weeks after despatch, that the package had not been received, we launched a formal investigation with the carriers used. This was quickly turned around and package located by carrier and resent.
The goods supplied were that of those requested via an online submission from our website. Where on the same webpage both the product data (including free area and colour information) and an image were located. No direct contact was made by yourself to query the colour and/or purpose of this product. Therefore, if incorrect product was purchased this was of no fault to Airflow.
It has been mentioned in your Trust Pilot statement that you have “tried to fit them”, although all submission we have received directly indicated that these have not been attempted to be fitted. I am therefore unsure which statement is correct. In all correspondence between Airflow and yourself there has not been any mention of a quality issue of product, only that a brick cap was required and you had ordered a through wall vent.
As a manufacture we are not required to take returns for mis ordered items, however to assist and as a gesture of good will, we offered to accept these back for a small re-handling charge to help cover overhead costs.
We are an honourable small family company and when in a position of error, we would rectify, however we will not and do not except bullying and threatening tactics.
