We signed an agreement with safety keen…
We signed an agreement with safety Kleen in August 2023, in the three year contract we had nothing but problems with them and decided to move to another company in September 2026. The problems included untrained staff and a shambolic work pattern which I complained about regularly, the issue was the turn over of staff was so high it was a nightmare ever speaking to anyone.
Despite cancelling and being pushed from pillar to post they still tried to say we would be due them a years worth of payments, despite being out of contract.
They have been told to stick it and pick up their equipment.
The customer service is awful, they try to scare you in to paying and half the staff aren’t trained, avoid.

Would not recommend
Would not recommend. Stories of holding customers into contracts they no longer need. Companies should not have a yearly contract with no get out, in this day and age

Predatory practices that destroy small…
Predatory practices that destroy small family businesses
Dealing with Safetykleen has been financial ruin for our small family business. Their customer service is completely non-existent and unhelpful.
Day One Issues: They refused to accept our payments for the first 3 months of our contract, immediately forcing us into a debt backlog that a small business simply cannot recover from.
Trapped in a Contract: When we asked them to remove the machines so we could pause services and clear our balance, they refused to take them back.
Price Gouging: While forcing us to keep the machines, they aggressively put their prices up to rates we couldn't afford, intentionally trapping us in a debt spiral.
They have zero empathy for small businesses and absolutely no desire to help find a solution. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL REGRET EVER TAKING A CONTRACT WITH THEM.

The customer service awful
The customer service is beyond appalling at this stage I have been trying to get a credit note from your company for a product that was just added to my account despite never having requested nor received. I have contacted accounts relentlessly regarding this matter and three months later I am still trying to get this credit note I require this for my tax accounts for my company. I have not received a response your company are not reliable nor customer focused. I have tried to lodge a complaint to get this resolved but no complaints procedure available, AVOID AVOID AVOID Look at all the one start reviews
