What a product! What a service!
I bought Aeroband drum sticks just under a year ago as a musician with an urge to play, but not to have my own kit. I've learned so much that I'm able to transfer to a kit. The haptic response is amazing and there's no latency (unless usingnwith Garageband etc). I'm an addict! On Saturday evening one of my sticks lost its haptic response. I emailed their support at 11:30pm. At 7:30am on Sunday they responded to me and by Tuesday I had a replacement. It was mindblowing as a service. I love their products, service and support.
NOTE. I'm a musician but not a drummer. As with any instrument, it takes time and practice. I'd also not that the drum sticks have been improved in the last year as has the instructions. Very simple. And after practice your positioning and accuracy gets really good!

The lady who helped me (Emma) was very professional, and knowledgeable, and quickly resolved my issue by going to the Aero band App and toggling on the "Hammer-On" function! How many companies reach out to you and ask, have you intentionally bought all that was on your order? I had put in an order for a pocket drum 2 Max but also ordered what I thought were extras. They said if it was intentional fine if it was a mistake they would refund me for the items that were included in the original item. No qualms no quibbles straightforward refund. I had made a mistake and replied saying I’ve made the mistake and in less than 24 hours there was a refund back in my account for the cost of the extra items. I then realised that was one extra that wasn’t part of it that I had forgotten to order. I was able to order the extra one extra item I needed and they held my first order so that they could send everything together at once.
My orders arrived within a couple of days. From beginning to end Sevice received was Goldstar excellence never had customer service like that anywhere before on just the customer service alone I would definitely recommend buying from this company .
I bought the PocketDrum 2max as a gift for my husband. He is really excited to get started using it. Everything about it says quality.

I think what the most Impressive is the eco-system of the app and the guitar itself. I'm a bedroom music producer, since I play keyboard, Aeroband Guitar gives me a chance to learn how to arrange a guitar track in a real way. There is a PROBLEM of special technique, but I think it's fair enough for the first version. いつも頑張ってください！www

Great straight out of the box!
No tuning up, just turn it on and you are playing. I like the multiple sounds on board, and I have now played piano on the beach with my Aeroband guitar.
Also love the microphone and it's effects in the app.

I saw the Aeroband Guitar on the Internet and became interested. I am a super senior citizen and was very impressed with the power the flexibility for the price I ordered it. It came in. They kept me informed in about two weeks into the learning Guitar settling my guitar sound isn’t terrible. I contacted Support and they set up a Zoom phone call so they could hear the guitar once they heard it and agreed with me that it sounds sounded terrible and less than a day they came back with the right solution. I had been trying the simplified cord system and had forgotten to get out of that program about a week later, I came into a situation that Guitar the Guitar would not do what I wanted it to do so I called them and they showed me how to achieve what I was after by just doing a slide amount of reprogramming. So in both cases when I have contacted Aeroband, they have been very responsible, very caring and very knowledgeable and have solved my problem immediately this is kind of customer service that all companies would desire to have and I’m so so glad that aeroband has achieved that objective. I purchased Pocket drum 2 max and, besides the very good quality product, I was also surprised about customer service which was fast and competent, I highly recommend all their products.

The support via e-mail went above and beyond my expectations. They are fast in response and gave me solutions for issues with student discount and overall payment.

I have purchased two Aeroband guitars and mine won’t charge and is useless. My wife’s is have some issues but is usable so far. How can I get in touch with someone to help me! I have emailed, called and tried to join chats and other things finally got one customer service person to send me a email of questions but then nothing after I sent him what he was asking for. Please tell me how to get this resolved! Phone number only goes to voicemail and no one has ever called back. Customer service email says they will help once, but then nothing. I am about ready to go to the credit card and do a fraud cancellation if nothing happens soon. Only had guitar for 4 days and won’t charge! Please help! Order number ABD00050480.

Update to my review:

After sending several emails to customer support and trying to make phone calls and leaving messages, I believe we have the situation resolved. They have sent me a return label for the broken guitar and I have returned it. They assure me that I will be sent a replacement that is in good working order as soon as they receive the return. I believe we are speaking with a customer support that only is there in the night hours of the US. This makes it seem that they are not responding promptly. Last night I actually got in touch with the representative while he was there and he responded quickly. While I still believe Aeroband needs to work on their customer support, they are responding in email but not on the phone and hopefully this will be resolved soon. The guitar my wife has is working good now and the app is enjoyable to use with the guitar. So I am going to give it a try and give it a chance. I will update it again when I receive the new guitar. I have increased my review to 3 stars for now and might consider a better review as I begin to use the guitar and app. I have only been able to see my wife using it for the most part and it does look nice!

The stringless guitar gimmick is just that, a gimmick. Sounds like a child's toy and is unresponsive if you play too fast. First Act makes a better guitar than these guys.

Pocket drum 2 Max -basically a great and fun product if it had worked as described.

Practically impossible to set up and calibrate as described and shown in tutorials here and there, the set is worthless in use. I bought the product end of year 2024 and I have tried and a drummer friend of my mi e has tried - without any luck - to calibrate…

I am VERY disappointed … don’t buy this product if you want something that works for you.

Unfortunately similar experience to the other customers. Very bad experience with the customer service. Not being cooperative at all and not helping with an issue at hand. Only getting pre-written responses.
Product itself is a good idea but not well enough engineered to enjoy if you are a real musician.

Wat een DRAMA met dit bedrijf!!!! Ik heb op 19 dec deze drumstokken voor mijn vriend besteld. Echter bleken ze niet geschikt voor linkshandigen.
Ik wilde ze terugsturen en heb daarvoor precies gedaan wat er stond om ze terug te sturen, incl foto’s verpakking etc.
Vervolgens krijg ik een mail met de vraag of ik ze niet wil houden en 50% terug wil krijgen met de suggestie dat het leuk is om ze in de toekomst aan iemand anders te geven! 🤯
Bizar, hoe bedenk je het?
Anyway, ik heb (nadat we 6x heen en weer hebben gemaild) uiteindelijk een return adres los gepeuterd in Duitsland.
Voor bijna 13 euro teruggestuurd. Na 5 dagen een bericht gekregen dat het product was afgeleverd.
Weer gemaild waar m’n geld bleef en inmiddels 1 maand en 6 mails verder is er nog steeds geen geld terug gestort.
Inmiddels gedreigd met aangifte bij de politie, en kijken of ik nu m’n geld ga krijgen.
NOOIT maar dan ook NOOIT hier 1 product bestellen. Heb begrepen dat de kwaliteit sowieso drama is.

I wish I could give less stars. Was trying to get a refund for an item and the answered my emails originally & now they’re just ignoring me. So basically I’m out about $120. The only thing I can do now is spam their Instagram and warn other people.

My product (drums) didn't work. Their phone number was disconnected. I then tried their website's chat option. I waited and waited and no one answered. I then emailed them. I received an email three days later at 1 am. I responded and received another email 3 days later at 1am again. After a third try, i received an email at 3 am. None of the emails were helpful. I was told on the final email their phones are being repaired and I should try the chat option. ( I tried again; still no one answered.) I should add the grammar and writing style of the emails would indicate they're not in the U.S. I have no idea how the product would be if it worked but they have no customer service and it is impossible to return the product since the website has no address.
