Fast response and Great customer service and followup to technical questions, and suggestions are appreciated. This is a great company and their Aeroband Guitar product, which is Amazing! Who would have thought, a rechargable electronic guitar with the many awesome capabilities and features. This is a very unique and Awesome product. Using for recording and public and private perforances. Don't need to lug around an amp now.

Had some questions on the app setup. They were super helpful. We exchanged about 4 or 5 emails until they resolved my issue. Very patient and professional. The app works great. The guitar is amazing.

While I was upgrading the Aeroband Guitar sounds, something went wrong, and I lost all the sounds. I emailed Support, and despite being on the other side of the ocean, within less than two hours I received instructions, along with some tools, to resolve the issue. I must say that whenever I needed assistance, I've always received great attention and availability.

As a beginner with zero prior guitar experience, the AeroBand Guitar has been a fantastic tool for learning. The silicone strings are incredibly soft and precise, allowing me to practice for hours without any finger pain, and there is absolutely no delay when playing. The instrument is lightweight, comfortable, and has a great battery life. Additionally, the fast Bluetooth app connection, the headphone jack for silent practice, and the "simplify chord" feature are incredibly useful for my learning journey.My only suggestion for improvement would be in the app. It would be amazing to have a feature where you could set the key of a song, and the app would automatically configure the main chords for that harmony. Overall, it is highly recommended for anyone wanting a modern, pain-free way to learn music!

I bought the AeroBand guitar and, on the hardware side, I honestly think it is an incredible instrument.

It is very well built, full of thoughtful details, with a beautiful sound and a great playing feeling. The detachable neck is extremely useful for saving space and making it easier to carry.

What I love most is that even with limited musical knowledge, it allows you to accompany songs, enjoy evenings with friends, and create real moments of connection through music.

The hardware, which is the part you cannot change later, is truly excellent.

On the software and firmware update side, there is still room for improvement. The guitar has huge potential, and I understand it is not easy to add features while keeping the interface simple, clear, and accessible. Still, I hope these improvements will come soon.

The support team was extremely helpful and made me feel listened to and supported.

I give 5 stars because the product is already very valuable, the hardware is outstanding, and with the right software improvements it could become something truly extraordinary.

La experiencia con esta guitarra ha sido muy productiva, ya que no sabía tocar guitarra ni ningún instrumento .
Y de manera inmediata pude armar los acordes en su APP y ejecutarlos rápidamente en unas horas además de acordes complejos con cejilla y con progresiones de 16 acordes por canción, es algo imposible para la persona que no es guitarrista.
Solo me llevo tiempo tomar practica con los ritmos de rasgueos,
Y pude tocar progresiones de acordes de las canciones más populares.

I saw a YouTube video of the AeroBand Guitar and couldn’t believe how easy it was to learn to play. No pain so easy to keep practicing. Got one and was so impressed with sounds and functionality.
The support and upgrades make it even more impressive and can’t wait to see what’s next!

Ho conosciuto e acquistato la chitarra Aeroband nel 2024, quando offriva ancora pochi suoni, peraltro un po’ “acerbi”. Nonostante ciò, ho subito apprezzato la tastiera morbida con corde in silicone, l’amplificatore con cassa integrata, la trasportabilità, la funzione di trasposizione su due ottave, l’app dedicata e soprattutto l’uscita MIDI.
Grazie al collegamento con una DAW, mi ha permesso di trasformare la mia chitarra in molti altri strumenti — fiati, violini, tastiere — anche durante esibizioni dal vivo.
Corde vere sotto la mano destra e corde touch sotto quella sinistra! Non sono d’accordo con chi la consiglia ai principianti per evitare il dolore: la chitarra si impara davvero anche facendosi i calli sulle dita. Tuttavia, è una soluzione preziosa per chi, come me, quei calli li aveva già fatti, prima di essere quasi costretto a smettere di suonare per problemi neurologici.
Ultimamente ho avuto la possibilità di provare l’ultima versione di questa smart guitar: una vera meraviglia! Offre una vasta scelta di strumenti — chitarre acustiche e classiche, pianoforte e piano elettrico, basso e banjo — ma soprattutto colpisce per la qualità del suono, ormai estremamente realistico.
È possibile anche mixare le chitarre con un sottofondo di pianoforte, sia classico che elettrico, e sono presenti persino due diverse “tarature” della chitarra folk, in base all’utilizzo con plettro o in arpeggio. Davvero entusiasmante!
Per concludere, un plauso enorme al servizio clienti, che ho avuto modo di contattare: risposte rapide ed efficaci, con grande attenzione alla risoluzione dei problemi.

I’m really enjoying the Aeroband guitar. The ability to switch between different sound styles and instrument effects makes practicing and studying much more fun and versatile.

One of my favorite features is the headphone support. It allows me to play for hours without disturbing other people, which is perfect for practicing at night or living with family.

The instrument feels modern, practical, and very enjoyable to use. For studying, training, and entertainment, it truly exceeded my expectations. Excellent product.

I'm very much enjoying my Aeroband guitar. I've been playing for some 60 years and have had many different guitars. The Aeroband is unique, very pleasurable to play, and as much like a real guitar as an electronic instrument is likely to ever get.

I had a problem with the guitar case that came with the guitar; the carry handle kept slipping off its attachments. I asked Aeroband about it, and without hesitation they shipped me a new case at no charge to me. I've rarely dealt with such great customer service, and I recommend them to anyone considering an electronic guitar.

I initially bought an Aeroband guitar, then I bought a drum set… they are great products, fast delivery and very good product. The guitar can be played in various places because of its long battery life and it's also portable for travel. The drum set is also very good. Both have a MIDI option, and I believe that with future updates there will be a loop option for recording different sounds and effects… getting better with each update.

As for the PocketDrum Max 2, don't waste your time or money. This is an idea that should have stayed in the development room and studied in greater detail. In drumming one missed strike while playing is devastating much like missing a note while playing a piano. With that said it should be evident to anyone who plays a musical instrument. If all you can produce is sour notes that are off beat, put that instrument down. Pick one that works. There is no substitute for a well played instrument still to this day, 17th,May, 2026. I my humble opinion.

Within the first year of having my AeroBand guitar, an issue developed with the guitar neck. I contacted customer service, explaining the problem and providing pictures. There was no hesitation in their response and with the replacement! They kept me up to date with shipping and even several emails checking the progress and my satisfaction. The replacement arrived in a timely manner, and it works perfectly. I could not be more pleased with customer support, and Kurt especially. Well done!

I could not find the extra guitar strings inside the guitar case, and when I inquired about this, AeroBand immediately dispatched this to me. On time delivery and great service.
The instruments also got delivered as per the sepcs.
