I don’t know about five stars I would give this company ten times that.

I have used this company for nearly twenty years. They provide easy to understand advice unlike so many cowboys that are around these days.

Justin has provided fantastic information.

If you have an issue, these are the people to contact.

You won’t regret it.

In a new house I was struggling with the flaky TV.
Little money as it had been spent….on a new house!
Searching the net I came across these guys. I also saw on Reddit it was an easy thing to set up a loft aerial
….even for numpties like me! I rang ATV and discussed the issue I had and was told exactly what was needed and which transmitter I should be using AND the angle I was going to need to target. The one nearest me gave 40 odd channels but the one over a 100 miles away (Belmont) gave me 88 TV channels. The kit came the next day. I forgot that I would need cable and connectors but they were at my local store and I used a FREE phone app for the compass. Literally I put the kit together in 30 minutes, cable took 15 minutes, I am not an electrician but YouTube shows you what to do. Mine was an F connector. Found a shelf in the loft pointed through the tiles….not the brick gable end. Went downstairs and signal strength and quality high 90’s. Happy days.
Highly recommend this company. Web site second to none with genuinely honest advice and fast delivery…not the post office so no strikes etc.

After using ATV previously (and having a very good experience), I unfortunately went to another company to purchase some pole brackets. They turned up and were not at all suitable being the wrong size. This was on a Thursday ready for an installation on the weekend.
I know that next time I will got straight to ATV and not look elsewhere.
I then turned to ATV & ordered a pair of bracket which turned up within 24hrs. The website was clear and concise and I got exactly what I needed. They were perfect for the job.
I can't fault ATV and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Informative website, quick shipping, good customer service. What's not to like

The copious amount of very useful information ATV have online is what first drew me to their website. After a bit of education, it was very easy to work out exactly what I needed to get an aerial installed in the loft of a newbuild and get it pointed at the local Freeview light transmitter. I was able to save over half of what I was originally expecting to spend elsewhere (no need for the expensive wide-band high-gain aerial and amplifier I initially thought was necessary). The order arrived in about 36 hours, and the equipment fitted in the loft an hour or so after that. Was sitting watching the TV, with 100% signal quality, by teatime.

We live in a relatively remote area of Scotland and run a B&B. We had to move our aerial because of having chimneys removed. No local expertise, so contacted ATV. Their advice on poles and mounts that I could use meant that the work was easy, everything worked and (if they’d been watching tv) our guests were inconvenienced for no more than 10 minutes. Superb company to deal with 👍

Simply brilliant; unparalleled knowledge and expertise combined with excellent and helpful service. Online shopping the way it should be!

Brilliant service with excellent packaging and prompt delivery.

Fabulous Website with loads of useful information and advice matched only by their superb service. Highly recommended.

Although i'm not technically a customer as such. The amount of help & advice on this site is unparalleled to any other ive encountered.
I was having issues with retuning my Freeview & after finding this site by accident. I now have 3 fully stocked TV's of varying sizes with more channels that i know what to do with.
I will 100% be purchasing any TV related items in require in the future.
Well done guys.

Having used ATV several times over the years, their customer care and service is 2nd to none ! I placed an order again yesterday and in less than 24hrs it has arrived, you can't get much better than that for speed and efficiency. Their website is a treasure trove of very helpful information, along with some humorous anecdotes of now not to install aerials etc. Very happy to recommend them without hesitation, you will not be disappointed, many thanks again to all the staff for their continued excellent customer service.

Brilliant! The website is a treasure trove of enthusiastic information. Everything you need to research your aerial installation and buy the correct kit. I got a kit - aerial and everything required to fit it (and I mean everything)... meant no trips to a diy shop for clips, or tape. The aerial, bracket, fixings, lead ... all great quality. Having found all the info I needed to plan in great detail, no way was my money going anywhere else. Some great Yorkshire humour and philosophy sprinkled in the website too. A friendly phone message to update me on a 1-day delivery dispatch too - great service.

The best kind of website; top information in superb detail; great quality stuff and the best service. Highly recommended.

After constant viewing problems with 2 smart TVs indoor aerial (1.4metres long). As a reasonable DIY person I decided to fit an outdoor aerial to try and improve on 74% reception.i studied the excellent information afforded by the ATV site for at least 3 weeks until I was clear on the choice of aerial plus cable and necessary fixings. The S/Coldfield mast was 10 km away In a built up area.
I selected the Yagi 10K (only just over 1 metre in length,so I did have doubts the reception may not improve a great deal. As a 74 year old fitting the aerial it was a treat ! Sturdy, well built and easy to fit.I fitted it on 10/05/20 and both TVs are now suburb ! Quality now 100%. Reception now 100% what more can I say ? H.K from Burntwood

ATV website-The most Honest and Informative site I have come across for TV Aerials. it has so much useful info alone, I feel guilty not buying an aerial! And the proces are as low as the prices in B&Q and ohter mass producers!

Great company. Came across their website when looking for a good quality tv cable. It cought my attention as the explanation about various tv cables on this website was so vast, I knew I wanted to buy from them as this seems like a company that cares for a customer, only wants to sell the best and explains you why. Cable arrived quickly, quality of it is great, just as promised, thank you guys, will definitely use you again

Excellent quality aerials and service. This was my second purchase. Very helpful website and personal advice on quickly answered telephone call. 'Damaged in transit' item replaced without hassle and arrived early next day.

Having found the ATV web site by chance it opened my eyes to what is available and what i would need for my aerial installation at my daughter's. It was easy to work out what was needed and i wanted a couple of extra bolts and connections so rang up and explained to the very helpful man on the other end of the phone . Paying was easy and arranged a convenient time for delivery . The products arrived when they said and was exactly what I ordered and of great quality. I would thoroughly recommend ATV to anyone . Thanks.

I luckily found this site while trying to find a replacement aerial, the information was invaluable whilst not giving me a hard sell, I recieved my aerial the following day as promised and its a quality item not screwfix rubbish, I forgot a couple of bits and rang the shop to order them and spoke to a very polite gentleman who posted them to me same day. My reciept was handwritten and that says it all. The information on the website really is worth reading if you need advice on aerials, top notch little company glad I found them, more than happy to recommend.

Wonderful company, have used then before & their service is par excellence!
Quality products at reasonable prices. They are always willing to go the extra mile. I had a problem with a delivery, not ATV's fault.
Paul pulled out all the stops to ensure that my delivery was made.

Thanks to all, will use you again, & recommend to anyone who requires a quality aerial or accessories.

Their website provides really, really good advice on TV aerials and everything to do with them. I bought some cable and an antenna splitter from them and they were both really good quality. The splitter even had all the connectors for the cables that connect into the splitter, and that's really rare. All in all, the place to go if you want good advice with a cost effective and quality solution rather than some cheap rubbish that will break down within the year.
