David is great
David is great. The challenge here was getting the prescription filled. This was a 2 part challenge; the pharmacy balks at tele-medicine Prescriptions, and it took me 5 days of back and forth to get the prescription filled. Once filled, the Adderall has been extremely helpful.

Bait and switch - be cautious!!
Update: I am leaving my original review below and want to follow up with how awful this service turned out to be. The original person I spoke with was great, but the next day I was informed ADHD Advisor was no longer collaborating with her and needed to start the process over and schedule an appointment with a new provider. Well I was connected with Barbara whom was the most unprofessional, condescending, and the most inappropriate clinicians I’ve ever met. She is just down right insulting. Implying my documentation was made up making me jump through hoops. I had to contact my prior clinician whom retired. I provided the original documents from my clinicians in zipped format and created an unzipped copy in word for convenience and then states “i
Explicitly stated I will not accept medical documents in a word format”. She clearly didn’t read a word of my communication because I downloaded two different files. I sent her the email from my prior clinician in which he stated “have them contact me directly if they have any questions”. Her response was “I don’t have time to deal with this.” This service burned up almost 3 weeks of my time and now I ran out of my prescription 2 days ago and can’t get anyone to respond to me which leaves me in a very bad situation. I have to start all over again which is now feeling like an impossible task based on How I feel.

** I felt my clinician was attentive, understanding, and validating. My current doctor of 12 years retired and I was tentative going through an online service. There is always a fear of being judged when speaking to someone for the first time about a condition most people don’t understand. It’s still in the initial phases and hope the experience continues to be positive. Also, I can’t speak for all of the clinicians involved with this online service, but I can say my first appointment was very positive and look forward to ongoing discussions with this medical professional.
