This is the easiest and most convenient appointment ive ever had
The doctor, the ease of use of the telehealth system in general. Other than a hiccup with video on zoom we managed to get through it as he was very kind and patient as im not very tech savvy and as I get older less and less it seems

Everything was streamlined so well
Everything was so easy to do. From scheduling the appt to doing the intake forms. Things were clear and explained well. Julie was a pleasure to talk with. I didnt Feel like I was being evaluated. The doctors visit went smoothly, but apparently you need to go through your PCP anyway to get meds. Wish they would make this info known prior to sign up.

My experience was great
My experience was great. The only thing I’m worried about is I didn’t hear anything after our meeting about when I’ll be able to get the new medication. Maybe due to the holiday, but I’m sure the pharmacy is still open.
