Positive experience, quick, kind clinicians who listened, would recommend

communication is terrible. consistency ridiculous. booked and rebooked my appointment 3 times in less than 24 hours without consulting me. assumed i have no life, were insulting. ‘focus.empathy’impute’. they dont know the meaning of the word empathy, jerkoffs.

ADHD 360 gave me a mixed experience, but overall I was able to get my diagnosis without too much of a slog.

The assessment itself was excellent. The assessor was relaxed, compassionate, and clearly very in tune with the needs of neurodivergent people. I couldn’t fault her delivery. She made the process feel calm and supportive, which matters a lot when you’re discussing things that can already feel difficult to explain.

The more challenging part was the admin side before the assessment. It took me around four months to build up the energy to repeat information I had already given to my GP. I submitted extensive self-reports, including summaries of my school reports from primary school through to the end of secondary school, and I was very grateful that my mum had kept those records because otherwise I would have struggled to answer many of the questions about my childhood behaviour.

I understand why ADHD 360 uses a portal and structured pre-assessment system, as it clearly helps them filter and organise referrals, but for people with ADHD that amount of admin can feel extremely demanding. It may well put off some people who genuinely need an assessment. The portal itself is a good idea, but some of the sections and data fields could do with clearer explanation.

For me, one of the hardest parts was having to write down symptoms in detail. That is not always easy when recall itself is part of the difficulty, and when it can be hard to think of specific examples on the spot. I only found this manageable because I had already been keeping notes on my symptoms for about a year.

I also felt that if I had not spent the last couple of years researching ADHD and ASD, I might have struggled more during the assessment itself. Because I already understood a lot about what they were looking for, I was able to give relevant real-life examples more easily. Without that background knowledge, I think some of the questions may have been harder to interpret and apply to everyday life.

Overall, I found the clinical side of ADHD 360 strong, especially the quality and compassion of the assessor. My main criticism is that the pre-assessment admin feels heavier than it needs to be for the very people it is designed to help. A simple initial conversation, rather than requiring so much repeated written information through the portal, would probably make the process more accessible.

The whole process has been fair and precise from outside. All communication clear and concise. Emma who conducted our child’s final assessment made her fell comfortable and at ease.

From start to finish was an around great experience. There was no judgement or pressure in anyway. This company has 5 star staff and would recommend this service to anyone who needs their help.

Andy, my consultant who led my assessment, was by far just great.
He explained everything on a level I could understand and reply to.
He didn't rush me or make me feel awkward at any time during the assessment. He made me feel comfortable to talk theouroughly to get the proper outcome.
I would highly recommend adhd360 for anyone starting their adhd journey.

Initial ADHD-360 process seemed streamlined and good. However, having had my video assessment, the report sent to my GP did not reflect the answers I gave accurately, even though my experience of the assessor was good at the time (if a bit hurried at the end). Because no direct access was given to my assessor, I have had to query this through the general 'enquiries' email, and 9 days later I am still awaiting a response. Obviously I can't give a full review as I don't know the outcome and how this will be handled, but lack of direct access when there are problems is an issue. Also, I have been told that if I don't start medication within 3 months another assessment will be needed, yet they want a cardiologist's letter before I can start medication which will take time to arrange. This seems like a money-spinner to me, as surely an ADHD diagnosis will not change in 3 months or at all? I am paid for by the NHS through 'Right to Choose', so this would be a complete waste of tax-payers money. There is also pressure to provide a review before the process is complete.

From my very first enquiry this company has been so supportive and helpful making the whole process less daunting. Every member of the team I've spoken with have been so friendly making me feel totally at ease. Someone is always on hand to answer your questions, no matter how silly or stupid they seem. Also I was really surprised how quickly everything happened.

I was put at ease very quickly which helped a lot as I was incredibly anxious before the appointment. The lady who did my assessment was thoughtful and very professional. It was difficult for me personally and I never felt patronised or judged. I was also quite emotional at the end of it, and I was reassured with kindness and understanding. I was given clear guidance on what would happen next and this was followed up by emails shortly after my appointment.

If you’re on the fence just go for it. I wasn’t sure if I had it or not but the process was so smooth and the clarity of knowing what has been wrong with you for so long finally makes sense.
