Brilliant Service from James
ActiveQuote have managed our PMI for several years now and we have always been very happy with them. This year we wanted them to help us find an alternative health insurance provider to reduce renewal costs but maintain the same level of cover. We left it late (the day before our renewal date) but James was really helpful and sorted everything out very quickly. He took us through some questions and then explained very clearly what our options were and the pros and cons of each. His knowledge, approach and personable manner made the whole experience very easy and helped us to understand everything. He made it clear that we could take our time to decide but we were happy to make our decision there and then based on how well he handled and explained everything. The next day we had switched to a new health insurance provider and everything transferred with no issues. We were both very impressed by how easy James made everything and very happy with our new policy. Many thanks James.

Efficient and competent
Not having myself to search through the myriad of options of private health care saved me lots of time. Denise was friendly, competent and knowledgeable, answered all my questions satisfactory and provided me with a cover that suits me. All the admin was done by her and I only had to read the documents and understand what I am agreeing to.
I have used ActiveQuote twice now and have been both times happy with the service and outcome.
