Had an absolutely brilliant time doing the 24hr National 3 peaks challenge with Active Mountaineering. It's definitely not a challenge that should be taken lightly, there will be pain and you will be deprived of sleep but don't let that stop you. Chris and his team were honestly incredible from start to finish with the organisation, attention to detail, technical & geographical knowledge, and the care shown to each and every person to get them over the finish line. You'll be in totally safe hands with this very experienced company.

Had an amazing 3 peaks National Challenge with Chris and the rest of the team. The weather was unreal on all 3 mountains too. Chris says it how it is and will make sure everyone is well looked after and pushed to complete the challenge. Best ran challenges in the country. I’ll defo be back for another tour again with Active Mountaineering. Thanks mate!

Its tough but do the training and what your told and will have every chance of getting there. Listen to the briefings and that will be the building blocks to make it all work. Chris' timings were impeccable and much needed to make the 24 hours. Stuart was a great guide on Scafell who continued the pace and makes it work well. Practice filling hydro packs quickly and know where stuff is in your bag to save time and not fall into the 'faffing' group! Really big challenge mentally and physically but put the work it and will yield results. Bucket list tick!

A team of 16 of us took on the Three Peaks challenge with Chris and it was awesome!!
This challenge is not for the faint hearted or weak, it’s brutal! But Chris & his team of guides and drivers are well organised & knowledgeable to get the job done.
The initial briefing is informative and it’s a must that you listen. Be prepared for no time for faffing and minutes matter.
Embrace the challenge and you will love it!

Brilliant experience. I’d highly recommend Chris and the team. Chris really knows the mountains and what needs to be done to complete the challenge in 24hrs including all the travel! Would definitely recommend and look to do other challenges with Chris

We just completed the challenge and what an amazing experience it was. You really could not be in better hands, I highly recommend Chris and his team, Chris knows the mountains literally like the back of his hands and you feel very safe from the word go, the other guides on each mountain are awesome too. It is a tough pace but if you listen you fully understand why it has to be so you are able to complete the challenge in the 24 hours. So well organised which made it one of the most amazing experiences I have had, a job to do and with his great support we achieved our goal! Cannot wait for the next experience! If you are looking to do the 3 peaks 24hr challenge you really need to use Chris and his team.

Just completed the 24 hour 3 peak challenge.I couldn’t of been in better hands, I highly recommend Chris and his team, so well organised which made it one of the most amazing experiences I have had, a job to do and with his great support we achieved our goal! After such a great experience I am totally hooked on this wonderful activity which introduces you to some of the most beautiful places in the world. Now I am definitely looking to visiting Morocco for my next challenge, which I know is worth every penny!

Got involved with Chris for one of his Three Peaks weekends last summer and thoroughly enjoyed it. The man knows the mountains like the back of his hands. Although we, as somewhat inexperienced mountaineers' questioned some of his approaches at the start, we soon realised how knowledgable he was and this year, we've decided to do it all again with a large group of people.

I'll start by saying that Chris and his team were excellent. Chris has the timings down perfectly, and during his introduction talk he makes no excuses for how hard the challenge will be, and how he will push you to make sure you achieve success. Chris is a character, and may come across like a 'Drill Sargent' but the reality is that he is a great guy and just wants everyone to achieve their goal and complete the challenge.
I did the 3 peaks challenge, in 24 hours and my advice to you is make sure you train hard and put in the prep work. this is hard both physically and mentally, and whilst you have a great guide working hard to get you through this, there does need to be an element of self motivation, along with metal and physical strength.

It's a thoroughly gruelling challenge but Chris, Chris and the team have run this to the T. Adequate instructions are provided and prep is given, just follow the instructions. Its hard enough as it is! The pace is manageable and all those who started finished. Testament to the fitness and experience of the team. We endured the worst weather, being battered by 40 mpg winds at the peaks in the near invisible conditions and sub zero temperatures yet we still managed to meet the deadlines.

Definitely fuel up excessively. It's where I feel short and paid the price with a run at the end! Also, book your days off after. You will need it.

Very very professional guides, through out the whole journey we were made feel safe and are give every chance of successfully completing the challenge within the time limit! It was an absolutely magical experience, thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend though completely exhausting!! You’d need the following week to fully recover!!

Chris and his phenomenal team were way above and beyond what I ever could have imagined and made the whole experience memorable and very fun 🤩 Chris really is top of his game- professional, knowledgeable, helpful and inspiring. I had never done anything like this before and it was TOUGH but I felt completely safe and supported at every stage with very clear instructions of what was needed to complete the challenge in the 24 hrs.
Now, 2 days on I have almost forgotten about the pain and ready to plan for the next challenge and I am 100% booking with Active Mountaineering! 😆

The challenge really is tough and there is absolutely no way I would have made the 24 hours without Chris and his amazing team! The whole thing was run with complete precision and Chris knew exactly where we needed to be and when. It's definitely an intense weekend, but it's so worth it when you reach the finish line! The whole team were very professional and supportive and seem to know exactly when you need a bit of a talking to when getting up the mountains. From the moment we got on the bus, the team had everything completely under control. I wouldn't change a thing about the weekend and would very highly recommend using Active Mountaineering if wanting to do this challenge. We are already looking at which adventure we can plan with them next, so that speaks for itself!

Although intense at times, Chris and his team did an incredible job to get everyone up and down the mountains within the time safely. Couldnt have had a better time given how tough the experience was and I would highly recommend!

What a trip.. Well organised.. Good guides.. Fun...

Chris has meticulously planned this event and has it down to a t.
He is direct but when you have a challenge like this ahead of you every minute counts and as he rightly said you have paid him to get you round 3 peaks.
Highly recommend Chris and co and would use him again for further adventures.

The national 3 peaks 24 hour challenge with Active Mountaineering. Chris was very helpful and patient with my queries before the event. On the day the attention to detail especially the timings, professionalism, enthusiasm and drive from him, the drivers and guides was amazing. Chris is straight talking with no faffing but the challenge is hard and at times brutal. If your serious about completing this in the true 24hours, Active Mountaineering is the team you need. I had a fantastic time with a great group of people. I would highly recommend this company.

A brilliantly organised event. Chris and his team deliver a fun, safe and supportive experience, whilst being direct when required. Famously there is little time to "faff"around if you want to complete this challenge in the true 24 hours. We managed to climb the 3 summits in 23 hours 43mins thanks to the impetus, drive and momentum given by Chris and the team of brilliant Guides. Absolutely loved the experience. Its amazing what you can achieve when you test your body and ultimately your mind, especially some of Chris’s gags!.If you are serious about considering the National 3 Peaks Challenge, look no further than Active Mountaineering. Chris is a bit of a legend on those mountains and for good reason.

Just back from doing the national three peaks with this amazing company … I would not of completed this challenge without them they pushed me to my limits to make me achieve my goal . Everything runs like clockwork the team of bus drivers that keep the tight and strict schedule for it to all happen in the 24hours are amazing and Chris and all his guides give you knowledge and advice all the way. Ive had the best weekend with the best company in the business & my walking group smashed it loved it . Thank you Chris and team 10 out 10 !!!

Just come back after completing the National 3 peaks challenge in 24 hours. What an experience it was, definitely the hardest thing I have done but felt so rewarding. Chris and his team of guides were amazing. The way Chris works is very well needed to get you through the event with pinpoint precision on timings.
