ActiveGPS reliable trader.
3 or 4 years ago the contacts in the mini USB connector of my Samsung satnav's TA20 traffic antenna cable were worn out. The satnav itself was already a few years old but still worked perfectly. At that time I found it impossible to locate a replacement cable. Even Garmin didn't advertise availability on their website. A week ago I thought there was no point in keeping the satnav but, on a whim , I searched for TA20 and found one at ActiveGPS. Ordering was simple, I was kept advised of progress and it arrived a couple of days later. The cable seemed brand new and it functioned perfectly, Total satisfaction, couldn't be happier.

Thank you for sharing your experience - we really appreciate it.
It’s great to hear your Samsung satnav is still going strong, and we’re so pleased you found the TA20 cable with us after struggling to locate one before. There’s nothing worse than a perfectly good device being let down by a worn accessory.
We’re glad the ordering process was smooth and the cable arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Thanks again for choosing ActiveGPS - and for giving your satnav a new lease of life!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I had struggled for months trying to select a marine transducer and ActiveGPS were the only company I could find with an advice service. The questionnaire I needed to complete requested information on all the factors I had learned to be important. The advice was quick and helpful, resulting in me buying a model cheaper than I might have otherwise done. The order then arrived without any difficulty. I would thoroughly recommend

Buying the correct and compatible transducer—both for the chartplotter you’re using and the boat you’re fitting it to—can certainly feel like a minefield. Over the years, we’ve found that asking customers detailed questions about both their equipment and their vessel is the best way to ensure we recommend the right transducer every time.
We’re delighted to hear that you received “fantastic service” and found our “advice quick and helpful.” Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest Trustpilot review about your transducer purchase from ActiveGPS.co.uk. . Your feedback is genuinely appreciated.

Ordered a small suction mount for a dash cam, which fortunately they had in stock. They shipped it promptly but unfortunately the Post Office managed to lose all trace of it for 9 days.
Obviously no fault of ActiveGPS but they are a little difficult to contact by phone. They confirmed that a full refund would be processed so I can’t fault that. In the end it turned up just in time. I’d use them again.

First class.
First class. I ordered a part I needed for a satnav from them. It arrived promptly, well packaged and was just what I needed. Whilst some would say that I got what I ordered it’s not always the case now. Often I order a part that’s incorrect despite being advised of its suitability or I have to wait a great length of time for the delivery. Not so in this case. Active GPS were spot on.

Won’t refund
Ordered a couple of Garmin products, power cable and suction mount. Arrived in reasonable time but was no longer required. Applied for return as requested. Now they say only the lead can be returned as the suction cup had been used. It had never been out of the box as with the power lead.
