I went to see a car last Sunday instantly loved it we were dealt with a salesman Matthew Reen who from start to finish was absolutely brilliant would definitely recommend Acorn Crewe first class.

My second time dealing with Suzuki acorn group in crewe and it was just as good if not better this time round can't do enough for you.dean Charlesworth was welcoming and offered us hot and cold drinks.he must of walked his daily steps for us showing us cars and also going back and to from the office to get us the best deal.cant recommend this place enough.while sat we Dean he had customers from Wales to come and see him so that says alot not just about Dean but the whole work force at acorn group crewe.thank you for all the hard work and making it an enjoyable time getting me a new used car.many thanks Nigel apps.

We brought a car from Acorn Crewe (the MG site) in early June. The car had a number of scuff marks and paint chips; however we were informed that these would be rectified prior to the car being dropped off to us. The car had a damaged central console and a crack in the windscreen, but again, we were told these would all be rectified, and the car would be delivered to us in approximately a week. During the sale we spent a long time going around the car with our salesperson (Hayley) to mark up the pain chips which needed fixing, as well as a small dent. We thought this was great service and were happy to part with our money. However, how wrong we were.

The car was delivered 5 days later, after a lot of confusion as to what time it would be arriving, no communication from the driver, and me having to take a day off work to wait indefinitely for it (it arrived 6pm in the end so this was unnecessary). The small dent had been received, and a section of the paint which was peeling had been fixed, however that was it! All the paint chips which had been marked up were still there, even those which were very obvious, the central console was still broken and unusable, the crack in the windscreen was still there.

I called the garage and was told that the crack had in fact been filled. However, I have had windscreen cracks filled before and they are almost unnoticeable, and this certainly was not the case here. We had a friend of ours who owns a garage check it out and they noted that it had been done incredibly poorly. We were told by our salesperson that it would be unnoticeable, or the screen would be replaced at the point of sale. They acknowledged, after I had to send photos, that the paint chips needed fixing, and the central console needed some new parts. They also stated they would address the windscreen chip.

They arranged to pick the car up a few days later. In the meantime, however, the engine and adblue warning lights came on the dashboard, and we were unable to drive the car (not necessarily their fault, could have happened even if a full check was performed the sale). It went back to the garage, and they identified that it in fact needed a new tank and therefore gave us a full refund rather than fixing it, which I was glad of. I would stay very clear! Once they had our money, they were clearly not interested in delivering the service promised. The car should not have been delivered in the state it was, especially with such obvious faults (e.g., a broken central console).

I would say that they provided us with a courtesy car whilst they had the car for 2 weeks to fix and left this with us 4 days after we had the refund, which was nice to give us a bit of leeway to find a new car. This is why I have given 2 stars. Also, the salesperson at the point of sale was nice and thorough, although this was clearly a waste of time given the promises made were not fulfilled. Also, the sales manager we dealt with was professional afterwards.

Shocking!
Car eventually arrived with scratches and scuff marks on the black trims and a tiny dent in passenger door! I have car video where I’m told it’s a clean car with no scratches or marks! Phoned Acorn and spoke with the manager and told him I did not want the car in this condition! He said he can get someone local to me, to come and repair it. I’m really upset about this and want to return the car. It was not valeted and has food crumbs under the driver seat. I have had the car over a week and things are still not resolved.

Paul Ashton is a credit to your business. Found me the car I wanted and did everything possible to get it delivered, even though the delivery seemed to take forever Paul kept me in the picture even telephoning me on his day off to say it had arrived. Needless to say I am over the moon with the service and my new car….. if I was allowed to get in it as my wife keeps pinching it :0)

Dean was very helpful in finding the right car for me and talked me though the details of purchasing the car. Very pleased with my experience. (and free coffees as well whats not to like)

I reserved a car on line, paid a deposit and received 2 confirmation emails. As I had been given an unacceptable quote to part ex my car by the manager I sold my car via Cazoo (brilliant price received)
the following morning, expecting to buy the reserved car that day. However the manager only rang me at 12 midday after I had sold my car to inform me they had sold the car the previous morning despite giving a guarantee that the car was reserved for 3 to 5 days. Surely the manager should have contacted me as soon as the mistake was realised? Do not trust the reservation process.

Dean was very helpful. He went above and beyond for me to make sure that the car was right for me. He was very honest and transparent.

I have recently bought a car for my son from acorn.It is my son’s first car and I was keen to make sure it was a great car.Hayley at acorn sent me a video of the car before I traveled over to see it as I wasn’t local.She pointed everything out and has been great .We are having the car delivered once it has been prepared and I am sure my son will love the car as he doesn’t know about it. I would definitely recommend acorn and especially Hayley if you are looking for a great car. I am sure the car will be delivered stress free and everything done as promised. Thanks Hayley

Made to feel welcome and wasn't rushed. Answered all questions with what was needed and didn't mind that I had my little one with me, who didn't really want to be car shopping. But the staff were kind and made us both feel welcome.
