Achilles Heel Anmeldelser

Item arrived next day as stated. A business you can trust.

I was seen by Stef. I have always worn Salomon Speedcross cross trainers. But recently I was having trouble with a nerve being pinched in my foot. I was advised to try a wider trainer with some roll at the front. Stef started by getting me to try on I think it was about 7 different pairs. Comparing each pair as we went. With the help of Stef I eventually settled for the Hoka Speedgoat 4. Probably without a doubt the best experience I’ve had in a shoe fitting shop. Thanks again. Would definitely recommend.

No issue at all with the service, really pleased.

Always good to go to Achilles Heel. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Bought a couple of running tops online and they were ready to be picked up a couple of hours later. Great service!

Very helpful staff, slight lack of knowledge from our server on the returns from internet sales as opposed to simple store exchanges but this didn't affect my 5 star rating as she was very helpful and patient with my 8 year old daughter. Good knowledge of the stock, someone had put aside spikes i had called about the night before, again great service in my opinion !

Fabulous service quick and efficient, as always.

Absolutely superb customer service involving fitting of a pair of road running shoes and a pair of waterproof trail shoes.
Cat was patient and I tried several pairs and she made sure I was absolutely happy before I made my purchases.

Incredibly helpful from our first contact on the phone and the delivery of my boots which was exceptionally quick. I am the very happy owner of boots which I have been struggling to source. Thank you. I will certainly be using them again!
