Product ordered wasn't available
Disappointed to learn that the glasses I'd ordered weren't available however the retailer contacted me via email to offer alternatives.
I specifically wanted these particularly glasses so once I'd confirmed that I wanted a refund it came within days, so customer service gets a 👍🏻. sales 😔

Excellent Service
I ordered a pair of boots and they were delivered the next day. Unfortunately they were slightly on the small size. I sent them back via their return's system and got a refund in just a few days. In the meantime I ordered another pair a size larger and they came the very next day. All the time they sent me emails to let me know where things were.

Excellent customer care!
The sign of a good company is when things don’t go according to plan. The shoes arrived within a day but were not the correct fit for me and they were returned free of charge the same day and money reimbursed within a few days. The company was easy to communicate with and very prompt at all stages. I will definitely use this company again.
