We were trying to find a heated cover for our propane tank. Looked everywhere and the few we did find we very expensive. Then we found one sold by Absolute. It's exactly what we want and at a great price. While we were on their website, we checked out the generators and bought one! Again, very competitive pricing and free shipping. When we called with some questions, they were very helpful and friendly. Naturally, it's not every day you buy a generator but we would highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for one. I found the site easy to use. I don't order many things online because I'm not good with computers, but I found this site to be relatively easy to use. They had a very good selection of products of all sizes and price ranges. I would certainly use the site again.

I contacted Absolute Generators about doing a group buy of generators with some colleagues from work. My group fell apart and for various reasons could not commit to a bulk purchase. Cameron worked with me and I purchased a 10kw portable generator for my own use. I used the pay by check option and received an additional savings above the already discounted price. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and assisted me with details that allowed me to make a choice between the different options and warranties offered by the various manufacturers. I opted to pay the additional for a lift gate delivery to my residence. Even with that the total price was lower than I could purchase locally. The freight company they utilized provided very good real-time online tracking and almost as soon as it arrived at the local terminal they were calling me to schedule a delivery. Delivery was flawless and right on the estimated arrival time. The driver pulled into the drive and once the generator was offloaded asked where I would like him to place it (it wasn’t just dropped at the rear of the truck). There was zero transit damage and everything that was supposed to be included was there. I was pleasantly surprised to find electrical plugs for the generator outlets included. I didn’t expect them. Assembly was a breeze and took very little time. After assembly the generator was ready for her maiden test. It operated flawlessly. I am able to power my entire house with which is what I was expecting after estimating my electrical needs. I am well pleased with the product and the outstanding customer service I received from Absolute Generators. I highly recommend them for their stellar customer care and thorough knowledge of their product line.

The generator I ordered was shipped promptly and there were no problems with the unit after assembly. I considered buying the same generator for a bit less from a big box store, but they have a presence in my state, so they charge tax, making absolute a better deal. Note that, as mentioned on absolute's website, their large generators are shipped via big shipping trucks, with no ramps, load lifters, etc. and can't pull into narrow driveways, etc.. Wasn't an issue for me, as I was able to make arrangements to pick the generator up at the shipping company's destination terminal, negating the need for delivery to my home. This may not be an option for everyone and absolute does offer "Lift Gate Service" for an extra $100. This would have tipped the $ balance in favor of the big box store for me. Overall, though, I was very happy with my purchase from absolute and would order from them again.

My generator was exactly as advertised, packaged perfectly.
This is the biggest online order I've placed and I was apprehensive. It turned out to be my best overall online ordering experience so far. I will buy from them again.
The generator assy. and startup where very easy. It fired right up on propane, (I won't use gas unless I have to.), I'll be using it as job power, camping power, and home backup.

Cameron was great to talk with. He answered all my questions and concerns. With his help I think I got just the right generator for my needs. I had a defective part problem and he also handled it quickly. Delivery time was amazing at 3 days.
