I was looking to purchase a Champion Generator but they were out of stock at the time. I called and talked to Cameron Green and he we very helpful and supplied me with a date on when they expected to have them in stock. A few days later I got a call from Cameron and he informed me that the generator came in early and was available for purchase. Excellent customer service.

Purchased a sportsman 7000lp generator from Absolute Generators after Superstorm Sandy. They were one of the few websites that allowed you to place an order (even though the item wasn't currently in stock). Absolute Generators was very good about updating me with ship dates and the progress of where the generator was coming from. Once the generator arrived I placed a order for the protective shelter and that order too was hassle free. Will recommend to many people!

I recently purchased a Champion 75531i generator to use for my coffee shop. We do remote events at a Farmers Market and this generator is perfect. The 3100w are enough to power our grinder and hot water heater, and best of all it is super QUIET. In the past we've had to rent generators that were noisy, but with this Campion 75531i we'll save money and make our neighbors happy!

I was looking for a generator cover for the new 12000 amp portable generator I bought. It's a big unit and I couldn't find many websites who had a cover large enough to fit the unit. Not only did AbsoluteGenerators.com have it but at a much better price than the few other sites I went to.

I ordered a Generator Tent. Service was very prompt, courteous, and conscientious. The product arrived well within the time predicted. The instructions for assemblage (as always) were sometimes tricky to follow, but I succeeded; and I am very happy with the result. It remains to be tested in an actual storm situation, but I anticipate no problems.
