Just had to say what great service I received from Above and Beyond. Ordered a pair of Teva slippers on 20th December 2017 crossing my fingers that I'd receive them for a present for my husband before Christmas since I'd left it so late. Hey Presto, they arrived on the Saturday - well done Above and Beyond.
Incidentally, can definitely recommend these slippers, my husband has never had them off his feet!

I would just like to thank the team from Above and Beyond for their assistance in both offering a fantastic service with the products I ordered just before Christmas.
I accessed the website which was very informative, helping me identify the products I needed in order to prepare for my New Year expedition to the Alps.
I had a number of questions regarding the products which I posed with the staff over the telephone, who answered my queries 100%.
I have used other suppliers previously in a very competitive market, however I would highly recommend Above and Beyond to both my friends and others, don’t take my word for it have a look for yourselves.

I have purchased items from above and beyond for a number of years. I am always impressed by the professionalism of staff and the quality of products purchased. May I take this opportunity to thank all of the staff and applaud the service provided. I made a number of orders just prior to Christmas, all of which I received despite my late order. Terrible service from these guys, I suggest you AVOID at ALL cost! Ordered a rucksack that showed available in store, it never came, they never replied to emails until after one month nearly! But they did manage to update the stock to discontinued on their website so luckily I managed to work out I was going to be stuck on the Ben on a winter route carrying carrier bags, I ordered from another site the same product cane in two days and just in time!

So upset and let down by this company!! So many broken promises - above and beyond a joke!!
Ordered an item for my daughter's birthday which was in 13 days, and it said the item would take 2-3 days delivery. They took the payment the next working day, but after 8 days no item and no contact from them. No reply to my email apart from the standard ticket number promising a reply.
The next week, I made numerous phone calls to them. Received so many broken promises about them going to ring me back within a certain time. They then promised "to make amends and make me happy" - instead they caused me stress and upset!
They then promised to send a map and to refund the delivery charge as way of making amends - but a month later and neither have happened! More broken promises!
The original ordered item eventually arrived and is of good quality. No problem with that. It's just the lack of trust, integrity and customer service from the company! Yes, they are charming on the phone. But they ruined my being able to give my daughter her birthday present.
On their website they say they value feedback, and how they are performing! Well the item would have a higher star rating. But this company is worth a minus star rating. I usually give companies good feedback and go out of my way to praise good service. I have never written a bad review before as I always try to be encouraging. But this company has really been such a let down. I hope they take on board this feedback and how badly they performed, and that they use it to review their customer service and the importance of trust and integrity; and I hope that they start to honour their promises.

2 days later, brand new map arrived, jiffy-bagged, at a great price.
Would definitely use again.

I purchased a Fjallraven Kanken backpack from Above and Beyond a few weeks back. It's a really good brand and high quality definitely worth the price! Would recommend this backpack and company to anyone!

The dispatch from A&B was ok but the shipment from local Fedex was lousy (as usual). I would not recommend to use Fedex in future. i was having lots of problem previous cases using Fedex.

Great service. Managed to change size (my error) before dispatching. Will definitely look at A & B first before going anywhere else. So glad I found them.

Discovered these guys years back and have bought every map since from them. Even started replacing old non-waterproof varieties with waterproof ones- great price and always speedy delivery.
Once bought two maps for remote region of UK. Holiday cancelled and they happily swapped them for ones I would use more locally.

I decided to order an Exped HL Winter mat and Hydrapak reservoir as these are items that seem hard to acquire and Above and Beyond had availability and a very good price.

The only issue was that they had a problem with their email notification system, so I had no indication of delivery and the web portal stated the order was 'received' and no more. I was nervous as this was my first order with them. It took a while to get through on the telephone, but the staff were excellent and assured me it was dispatched - and indeed it arrived bang on time.

So all worked out ok, and I imagine my next order will be a five star as they will have resolved their technical issues.

Efficient service, best price I've seen for OS Maps.

I am new to this sort of clothing, I have been advised to do a bit more exercise and wanted to start walking. I phoned the customer service people as I needed some advise on the most suitable trousers. I had my eye on a quite expensive pair, as I thought the more money they were, the better. The lady quickly told me that for what I needed them for, they were actually over-enginered and recommended a much less expensive pair of Fjallraven trousers. They arrived the other day and they are superb!!! Exactly what i need...This is the first time I have experience 'honest selling' and would expect most retailers would just take my cash. A1 service!!!!
