I went to the Kensington high street store yesterday and was very confused by the American sizes. Maneeb was extremely helpful and explained it all to me. She went out of her way to support my shopping experience (it had been a very long time since I last went shopping).

Won't allow tshirts to be returned if they come in a box!
Be warned, their 3 pack t-shirts come in a box all rolled up, if you remove one of these tshirts from the box to try on, they are then considered under the same policy as thier underwear which is not returnable which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! In all my many years of clothes shopping I've never heard of such a policy!
Exchange process needs some love…
I love Abercrombie & Fitch and shop there often, which is why this experience was disappointing
I spent over 90 minutes trying to do an exchange, only to learn that exchanges are limited to the exact same item. If your size or colour isn’t available, you’re forced into a refund instead of being able to easily exchange or reorder
The return process was also confusing — I expected a QR code but was initially only sent a printable label, resulting in a wasted trip to the post office and more frustration
I’m sharing this as constructive feedback. The products are great, but the system could be much more user-friendly and flexible. Hoping to see improvements because I genuinely love the brand
A painful experience
I tried today to order a £10 e-gift card from the website. Each time I tried, it told me there was an error in processing. I contacted A&F to be told there was no e-gift card available for £10.
So why is it showing on their website? We're not all so well off that we can afford a minimum amount of £25!
I was told by the chat person(?) they would take my feedback and document it. Don't document it, do something about it. I wasted far too much time trying to order something from the website that isn't available.

The item I received was faulty and not as described. I ordered a medium size, but one of the items was mistakenly sent as a large. This kind of oversight is unacceptable and indicates a lack of quality control.
Returning the faulty items was a frustrating ordeal. I followed all provided procedures, yet the ongoing lack of communication about my refund has added to my dissatisfaction. I expected a smoother process, especially when dealing with defective products.
The overall customer service experience has been disappointing. I did not receive timely updates about my return status or refund, which negatively impacted my perception of the brand.
I had high expectations based on prior experiences, but this transaction has significantly impacted my view of your brand. It feels like customer loyalty is not valued, and I am left feeling frustrated and unsupported, and STILL without a refund whilst they continue to keep my return.

Shopping at the Trafford centre Manchester for a present for my son’s birthday. Received fantastic customer service from one of the managers ,Jenny, who helped me source the perfect items .she was very helpful , gave me great advice on your products and aided me in my choice.
No stock - people taking from my basket before payment
I've just wasted an hour of my life ordering £470 worth of clothing. Just as I go to pay, I am alerted to 4 pairs of jeans in my size being now sold out.
I am beyond frustrated/devastated.
Surely, they should protect items in your basket before payment? I'm very unhappy.

Items received as stated, good quality! Great chat response from customer service. However, issue not rectified; promotional discount was not applied to price I was charged. Contacted customer service, Got told this would be changed accordingly, I thought great! Received an email saying they cannot readjust the price on some items as these were already out of stock. I thought this was ridiculous since it was a mistake on their end. It also states on the website that returns will be free, I was charged £1.95. I already worn one of the items and is also because its now out of stock and apparently this means they cannot give me a refund for the amount that I overpaid. First order but I will not order again, unfortunately. Avoid

Ordered on online in UK. You have to print your own returns label. The post office doesn't recognise the QR code as it's different than most. Had to pay £18.55 for postage. Company really needs to sort out it's returns to keep customers. It should be easier than this. Most companies supply a label.

I love A&F sm, it isn't easy to find pants that fit me. I now have 6 pair of pants from A&F, unfortunately they aren’t available in asia so i did most of my shopping in the uk. Hopefully you will expand to asia, i love your brand so much and the clothes are so well tailored and i would actually pay that much for them. You’ve made me like my body again and I am indebted. I cant shop in your stores anymore as i am moving back home but I just wanted to send my gratitude and wish you success and more.

I would like to commend your Store Manager for her outstanding assistance. Her professionalism, kindness, and patience truly stood out during my interaction with her. As I explained my query, she listened attentively and provided me with thorough and helpful guidance. Her willingness to assist and her genuine concern for ensuring my needs were met made my shopping experience both pleasant and memorable.

Second purchase they tried to charge me twice then lied about it. Luckily my bank reversed the charge.
The customer service is awful didn't even get an apology.
Big shame as the clothes are really good but I avoid buying from them.
