this gaming site is no longer legal.888.com changed to evoke. the help section is all type recorded messages that repeat. they request loads of identity that even gambling commission say is suspect. lesson to be leant here, always check the website out on trust pilot. 888.com went bust in January 2024. the question you need to ask is..........why is it still running, taking deposits,but not paying out any winnings. you would think google would ban them from advertising

Over two months ago joined 888 they took £50 out of my account then put a temporary block on they asked for proof which I sent them I’ve emailed them about 10 times but still have block account and no refund

Avoid at all cost, I played £30 back in May/June time and went to withdraw £80 and after a few days of not receiving my withdrawal I messaged with live chat to be told that I OWE THEM £30 as my account was debited and they didn’t receive funds, but when I go onto my bank account it clearly shows I paid £30 and it never bounced back so have going back and forth for months and MONTHS I just keep getting told from live chat that the security team are “LOOKING INTO IT” and that “WE’VE FORWARDED IT TO THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT AND WILL CONTACT YOU SHORTLY” it’s a joke I even spoke to a supervisor and finally got some email correspondence only to be told the exact same sentences I keep getting from live chat WHICH WAS ABOUT 2 months ago and I messaged live chat and asked for a supervisor and got put back to the same one I spoke to in the first place and was told again that the same sentences as in previous chats, if I could give MINUS STARS I WOULD avoid AvOiD AVOIDDDD

Ruuuuun. Run as far as you can from this company.
Problems on each step... With verification (but only if you win something) if you are loosing, you are perfect customer, but just don't try to win. If you do, you will go through hell with verification and especially withdrawal.
Worst betting company in the world without any doubt.

Registered, deposited an amount, didn't enjoy the play, that's a personal opinion. But tried to close and withdraw !!!!

Worst gambling app, minimum £10 deposit and you cannot withdraw £5 only £10, also they do not have daily spins. Theres loads of other better platforms than this.

I am not impressed with this site.
I thought it was an okay site I one some money a while back and since then, I have even come close. I know you can't win every time, but at least give the illusion that you came close. The game I played cold, red, white and blue 7. Seems to skip.

888 literally used this phrase in a message to me where they refuse to say why they have blocked my account from receiving bonuses.
"we always aim to balance fairness and transparency for all players"
I have never come across a more unfair company and the fact they talk about transparency whilst 2 lines before refusing to give me a reason for their nonsensical decision shows you exactly what kind of company they are.
They don't even have the decency to reply to me as a person, give me anyone's name who was involved in the decision and say there is no chance of there being any reconsideration of their decision.
I have tried for weeks to get a response from them. I have been moved around from LiveChat to Reddit and back again and even after weeks of asking all they can be bothered to say to me is they have made the decision and it is final.
The contempt they have shown me as a customer of theirs for many years is unreal. If they really had any concerns about my account surely they would ban me but obviously they want to keep earning money from me.
I have seen on here how badly they treat many of their customers. I have done nothing wrong and yet I don't get the bonuses and rewards thousands of other customers get and they refuse to tell me why.
Have some courage 888 and stop hiding behind faceless BOTS. At least have the decency to put a name at the end of your communications.

My account was closed on 888 with no explanation and my balance has been withheld with no valid reason, I’ve made several withdrawals and deposits and so they don’t have a problem taking your money until the want to scam you or withhold your money.

I’ve emailed their support several times now and was told that someone will email me only to find that no one was planning to email me back r.e my account closure, I then messaged the chat again only to be given a URL for cashier where I can see my balance but now it is asking for documents and I have sent all 3 documents requested.

Still my money is being withheld? Is this a plot by 888 to hold on to peoples money as long as possible?

I would strongly advise against using this company their customer service is awful and their responses to your review are also fake, they don’t care about any of their customers. It’s now been 2 days since my account was closed with no reason and I’m still unable to withdraw my balance??? Why are you withholding my money 888???

I uploaded my documents but it never got verified and still waiting on my money to transferred back- I uploaded it but no emails and their online chat service is terrible - never using them

They will not verify me/pay me
They will not verify me, after 3 weeks of attempting and contacting them they consistently deny all paper work. Drivers licenses,
bank statements scans of all ids, also have pictures of me with the ids clearly shown. This casino is HORRENDOUS for customer support. Absolutely a joke. 4 hrs after posting got a response money in bank

888 is the worst plaace to gamble do not waste ur time and ur money there is no wining at all I have never seen a gambling app that u never win so guys worst place do not join or anything I regret joining

Horrible site please take your money elsewhere. Played the megaspin wheel today and got 30% "free play" only apparently the free play isn't actually free and has a wagering requirement on it so its a really highly taxed bonus🤔🤔😳 I've reported to the gambling commission

They do not honour the welcome bonus, untrustworthy company. Best keep you money for the bigger companies.

I am so happy it only took me 1 day to realise what a bunch of crooks this company are. Do not advertise best odds then shaft your customers by deciding not to pay best odds because you know we wouldn't bet without best odds. Got my money out before review as you never know
